Chapter 24- Concealing

“Can I help you, Luna?” a masculine voice called out with a sincere tone. I turned around and widened my eyes on sighting the owner of the voice.

I thought he was making out with Ella? I stared at for a while debating if or not I should tell.

“W-well, I was wondering where the way to the library was, but it looked as though I know already” I replied in hope that he will just give up and leave but it turned out the other way round.

“And what direction is it? Left or right?” he asked with pure mockery in his voice. I bit my lower lip thinking if I should go on with my lie. He probably didn’t even know the way to the library either.

“It’s over there” I pointed to the right hoping I was right so he would just leave me. He chuckled and stared at me with a look of disbelief. He nodded his head.
