Sabrina’s POV

I trailed behind Alpha Damon and the girls, looking around the merriment ongoing. I looked around and my eyes caught the unlit paper lanterns hanging above, I could only imagine our beautiful this place would look when lit up at night.

I felt someone watching me, and I looked foward only to see Elara boldly staring at me. She smiled when our eyes met.

Her big brown eyes lit up and before I could even process it, she beamed. “Unca Damon, your friend is very beautiful.”

I froze for second, before I continued walking.

Her compliment came out of nowhere and I gave her a warm smile.

Alpha Damon didn’t say a word.

I waited to hear if he would add a comment or something. But he didn’t. I looked away and batted the feeling out. I wanted to hear him confirm Elara’s word or at least debunk them.

I wanted to know how I looked in his eyes. Did he think I was pretty or a plain Jane?

When I didn’t hear anything from him, I to use my attention on Elara.

I gave her a warm smi

  • Sold to the cursed Alpha: The seer   The kiss

Ian's POVI woke up feeling strangely light, the heaviness from yesterday gone like a bad dream that had finally faded with the night. For a moment, I didn’t even open my eyes. I simply listened—to the quiet hum of morning, the steady rhythm of Damon’s breathing beside me, the warmth that surrounded me.When I did open them, the first thing I saw was his arm draped across my waist, his chest pressed against my back. He was still asleep, his face relaxed, his hair slightly tousled. I smiled softly. He was beautiful like this—calm, peaceful, unguarded.Guilt tugged at my chest. I’d yelled at him yesterday, said things I didn’t fully mean, all because I let my own insecurity get the better of me. Damon hadn’t deserved that.It wasn’t really about Danielle, not entirely. It was about his mate.He had one out there somewhere, chosen for him by the Moon Goddess herself. Someone destined for him in a way I wasn’t. And instead of being happy for him, all I’d felt was jealousy—deep, suffocatin

  • Sold to the cursed Alpha: The seer   Wedding day

Sabrina's POVI stood in front of the mirror, barely recognizing the woman staring back at me.I was afraid that the gown I had chosen with Danielle wouldn't fit anymore, but to my surprise, the gown fit perfectly, flowing around my body in soft layers, accommodating my baby bump without diminishing anything. The fabric rested gently over my stomach, beautifully highlighting the life growing inside me. My hair was styled simply, nothing excessive, nothing theatrical. Just me.I rested my hands over my belly and took a slow breath. This was real. I was really getting married today.Behind me, I heard a sniffle.I turned and saw Danielle standing near the door, one hand pressed to her mouth, her eyes glossy. A tear slipped free before she could stop it.“Oh no,” I said softly. “Don’t cry yet.”She shook her head, laughing weakly through it. “I can’t help it. Luna...Sabrina… you look so pretty.” Her voice cracked. “You’re the most beautiful bride I’ve ever seen.”Emotion surged up my thr

  • Sold to the cursed Alpha: The seer   Ours will be soon

Darla’s POVI ran inside my room a slammed the door behind me, my chest heaving.I stood there for a while, trying to catch my breath. My head was filled with so many thoughts at once, I didn’t know how to silence them. What was I doing in Alpha Damon’s room?He was lying on his elbow, his blue eyes…those blue eyes…“Ahhhh!” I flung myself on my bed and screamed into the sheets. What the hell happened last night?I rolled onto my back, staring at the ceiling like it might offer some kind of answer.Alpha Damon’s room.I had woken up in Alpha Damon’s bed.Wearing his shirt. With nothing underneath. My face burned as I clutched the sheets tighter around me. Every inch of my body was tense, confused. I felt… sore, but not in the way I thought I might if…if something had actually happened. My body ached, sure. But it wasn’t that kind of sore.Still, the thoughts wouldn’t stop circling.Did we…?Oh, moon goddess. I need answers now before I explode.I remembered the heat that had crawled

  • Sold to the cursed Alpha: The seer   Wedding eve

Sabrina’s POVWhen did he get here?“W-were you watching me?” I asked, turning away from him.“Mm. I was right over there,” he pointed to a balcony behind me.“Oh,” I exclaimed softly, and an awkward silence settled between us.“Do you need anything, Beta Ian?”He kept mute for a while and finally said, “Damon…”My body stilled the moment I heard his name.“…what do you think of him?”“I-I don’t understand.”Ian looked at me. “Shall we walk?”Did I have a choice? If I did, then no. I didn’t want the Alpha and Beta duo coming to me all the time.“Of course.”I returned all the gardening tools and joined Ian for a walk.“I didn’t mean to eavesdrop, but I heard your conversation with Urmi. Why did you do that?” he said after a while on our walk.My heart dropped. I felt my cheeks heat up from embarrassment. That’s a question I would like to ask myself. Why the hell would I do that?“I don’t know.”“Don’t try to fool me, Sabrina. You know why you did that.”I looked at him, faltering in m

  • Sold to the cursed Alpha: The seer   I belong to you

Sabrina’s POVThe entire table rose to their feet. “Alpha Damon,” they all bowed and greeted in unison.Alpha Axel still held my hand. “I’ll come find you after dinner,” he whispered close to my ear, sending an uncomfortable shiver down my spine before letting go and walking to take a seat.I turned around, ready to disappear. But my steps froze when I caught sight of him… Alpha Damon, settling into the seat at the head of the table like he was a king to all these other Alphas. He was.Our gaze met for a fleeting second, but then he looked away.Just… like that.Like I was nothing. Like I wasn’t even worth a second glance.I swallowed hard. I should’ve been relieved. That was what I wanted, wasn’t it? To not be seen. For him to never cast me a second glance. So why did it sting?I lowered my gaze and hurried out of the dining hall, my heart beating faster with each step. I didn’t stop until I was in the kitchen again. I immediately ran toward the jug of water and poured it into a cup,

  • Sold to the cursed Alpha: The seer   Ian's dilemma

Damon's POVI fastened the last cufflink on my shirt, watching Sabrina move around the room to fetch my suit jacket. She placed a hand on her waist to support her bump and walked up to me with a bright smile on her face.“Here,” she said, holding it out to me.I took it from her and slid my arms into the sleeves. Before I could finish adjusting it, she stepped closer and did it for me, smoothing the fabric over my shoulders. Her fingers moved to my collar next, straightening it till she was satisfied. For a moment, I just watched her. There was a glow about her that had nothing to do with the sun filtering into the room. I reached for her waist and gently pulled her closer, my hands settling in a way that helped support the weight she carried. She let out a quiet breath, leaning into me without hesitation.“You look pleased,” I began to tease, “For someone whose mate is about to leave her for a few hours.”She smiled, and that glow I’d noticed earlier brightened impossibly. “Is it re
