THE VISIT

What the hell was that about rico yelled 

Do you want to disgrace me ?

Can’t you show some respect to yourself, you want to. Sleep with him right?? He yelled 

I looked towards him with tears rolling down my eyes. I am not like you ok,I don’t sleep with random people I see on the road and there was absolute nothing I could do .He keeps coming closer even when o don’t want him to.

You should talk to him yourself and stop yelling at me at the slightest provocation “ 

Is it my fault that you guys asked me to sign a contract I don’t want to??

My mother owes your family a lot and that is the only reason I’m still here.

Do I have to be your puppet I yelled in tears .

I ran off to my room and locked the door without waiting to hear whatever he has to say.Je obviously doesn’t have any conscience, I bet he doesn’t even feel guilty one bit.

How did I get into this mess? Maybe I shouldn’t have signed the contract.

I have been sold to the devil....

I brought out my phone to call someone I could talk to . Josh will definitely not  pick my calls.

I decided to call my best friend.

Hey bestie “ Jane yelled In excitement over the phone 

Jane has always been overly dramatic.

“Bestie “ I called in a shaky voice 

What’s wrong she asked 

I explained everything I was going through in the hands of Rico, how he treats me like I had no feelings.

I’m sorry best” 

I promise to come see you once I get the chance to .

Jane was able to cheer me up.we talked for about two hours laughing and catching up.

Next day

I woke up feeling energetic today.. after the long conversation I had with Jane, I had a good night rest.

I decided to go see josh today.

The drive from Rico’s mansion to Josh place was one hour drive I decided to go there without calling him because he probably won’t let me come if I had told him I wanted to.

I stood at his door contemplating weather to open the door or go back home.

The door knob twisted open and a lady stop right in front of me.

Good morning “ I greeted 

She looks way younger than I am.

“Morning “ How May I help you she asked 

I’m here to see josh I said to her..

And who are you to my boyfriend ?she asked rudely.

Did I just hear clearly 

Boyfriend? How?

Did you just say boyfriend I ask to be sure I heard her correctly.

“Yea you heard me right my boyfriend “ I replied trying to shot the door 

So Josh has  been cheating on me and was probably looking for a way to push me away..

I took a deep breath to calm my nerves.

I held the knob to avoid her shutting the door on me..

I’m his younger sister,please I would like to see my brother, I said to her calmly 

She immediately opened the door smiling at me like she is seeing me for the first time..

I dropped my bag on the couch and went straight to Josh room where I presume he will be..

Immediately he saw me, he jumped off the bed in shock..

Where you seeing someone else’s before you broke up with me?? I asked 

No I wasn’t “ he replied 

Then why the hell is that lady calling you her boyfriend “

And what if she’s my girlfriend, so what 

You are Married aren’t you?? He asked 

I looked directly at Josh smile, picked my bag and walked off 

I got into the car and tears rolled down my eyes..

It isn’t up to two weeks I started staying in Rico’s place, which only means that before I signed the contract Josh was seeing someone else already..

I cried my eyes out feeling so much pain in my chest.. I never thought it would be so easy for Josh to cast me away after everything we have been through together.

Immediately I got home I went straight to my room, my solace right now is my pillow. My life this days is a complete mess.

I don’t have anyone to talk to ,my best friend is always busy at work  while my mom is always busy cleaning Mr Grayson mansion. The only person I thought I could lean on betrayed my trust.

I rolled on my bed crying helplessly, wishing for the ground to open up and swallow me..

FAST-FORWARD

After staying in my room throughout the day I felt nausea and hungry at the same time.My temperature was getting high.. I walked through the stairs to see if I could see any maid around , unfortunately I found none.. Today is Saturday and they must have gone to their various houses...

As the minutes goes by I was getting weaker.my only option right now is to Rico..

I walked back upstairs looking for Rico’s room.. Since I came into this mansion I haven’t entered his room and don’t know where it is .. 

As I walked through the corridor searching for where exactly his room his located,he came out from a room.

He walked towards my direction, I rushed closer and fell on his arms.

“I feel weak” I whispered and passed out.

I woke up in a room different from the one I am used to. It’s looks much more spacious than mine. I felt a cold clothes on my forehead, I opened my eyes to see who it was . My eyes came in contact with Rico and I close my eyes immediately pretending to be still asleep..

I know you’re awake,so open your eyes “ he said calmly..

I opened my eyes back and tried to sit upright but ended up falling back on the bed. My temperature was still high and my body felt numb.

“Sit back and stay still “ Rico said brushing the cold napkin on my forehead. I felt really nervous , I wasn’t used to been treated nicely by Rico which made me overly conscious around him.

My condition didn’t seem to improve so he decided to call his personal doctor.

The doctor arrived and I was given proper medical attention.I fainted due to over stress and was asked to rest for a period of time. Surprisingly Rico acted like he hasn’t been harsh on me.he took care of me like I was his sister and I was glad he acted that way in order not to worsen my condition.

I layer on the king sized bed in my room watching the movie displaying on the flat screen television opposite me.. I heard Rico yelling at somebody to get out. From the sound of his voice the person obviously refused to go which resulted in both of them raising their voices at each other.

The argument became intense which made me go downstairs to see what was going on.I got to the sitting room saw Rico and Jordan raising hands at each other. The look on Rico’s face showed pure hatred towards Jordan which left me wondering why Jordan’s presence disgust Rico so much.

I hate you !

You’re nothing but a backstabber.

The fact that I never said anything about what you did to me doesn’t me I let you go just like that.” Rico yelled 

I treated you like my own brother but what did you do??

Slept with my girlfriend who is now your financee.

You guy won’t last anyway he said in a mockery tone 

Kindly do me a favor and get the hell out of my house
