CHAPTER 101

KHAI's POV

The other team called for a three minutes time-out. Looking at the scoring board, the scores are a tie. Five minutes left and the game will end. We need to get the one point for us to be the winner today. I looked at Von. He is also looking at the scoring board, and I could see the nervousness on his face. I walk towards him. 

"Hey, are you okay?" I ask him. 

"Yeah."

"You're not," I reply and place my right hand on his shoulder. 

"Don't worry. We can make it. Let us get the first won. No. You must get the first won." I say and he looks at me. I smiled. 

The whistle sounded, a signal that the game will resume. 

"Let's go."

The whistle sounded after the break.
