We lay there catching our breath for a good few minutes before either of us even thinks about moving and even though I hurt after fights this is just a different kind of ache you find yourself in. Muscles you don’t usually feel are now aching. Especially between my legs. I smile as I stare at the bedroom ceiling when Noel’s head pop’s up next to me and he rests his head on his shoulder stroking over my skin with his other hand.  

I lean my head to the side to meet his gaze on me. Without words we appreciate each other’s company, absolute silence, and a bit of feeling bliss in the air.

“I am sorry I marked you, but it just felt so right in the heat of the moment.” I stutter with embarrassment as my cheeks heat up again.

“You won’t hear me complain.” He lightly traces over his mark on his neck with a smile.
