I am sorry that I let you all wait to long for the story to continue. I had to write on another story and needed to take some time off due to the summer holidays, so I could spend time with my little girls while they had been off school, but I will return with more updates from November the 1st! I have already started to write a few chapters and am uploading them as we speak ready for daily updates to resume soon.
Thank you so much for the continued support, it really means so much to me and my family!
The Castle is the same, it’s me who changed. Our lives are now going to be different, seeing everything through different eyes.Noel opens the car door, holding out his hand for me. Not going to lie but my legs are feeling like jelly as I step out of the Car. Some of the Guards are stood at the entrance welcoming us home, with a nod I recognise his effort. The Hall now certainly seems so much bigger than I could remember it and the sheer weight on my shoulders knowing that all the decisions are on me. The young Girls who Faron used for his amusement are all stood in the Hall in a small puddle, whispering as we enter. All eyes are on us as they are uncertain how to react.A quick look over to Noel, who is stood right behind me, gives me the confidence to speak up.“King Faron is now gone. He won’t be returning so your services are no longer needed. However, if you wish you can still work in the castle, y
“I want to reshape everything Faron has built, but I need your help. There won’t be the separation anymore between guards and fighters, instead we will have warriors. No two class between them anymore, everyone fighting for the same, the safety for our Pack. We will come out of this stronger than ever. Joseph , I would like you to be leading the training for everyone. The Wall needs to be taken down, if you could over see this.” Looking between Liam and Joseph who is slightly taken a back by my announcement of taking the wall down, I turn my attention purely towards Liam. “Liam, I would like you to be our Beta. I need your insight and knowledge as well as your loyalty. I hope you will agree that you are both an absolute asset to this pack and it would be sad to see either of you two leave.” Expectant I am awaiting eager on a reply from Liam agreeing with me but he stays still. “Yes, my alpha. We will get on the job r

The Kitchen is quiet only a hand full of Maidens who I have seen before are now present. They are sitting at a table with some snacks. Usually, the table had always been full of food, ready for everyone working in and around the castle to take. The chatter stops as I enter the room and all eyes are on me, expectant but with a look of fear.“Hello” I say quietly before walking towards the five Ladies sitting around the table.A young Lady with light brown Hair, petite in size starts to speak as I take a chair to join them.“Many of the Kings slaves have left the Village in fear as soon as the Pack bond broke. There are not many of us left to keep the Kitchen running. We don’t even have a cook to make the meals. We were not sure what to actually do.” Her voice getting smaller towards the end as she looks down on the table.“But you are here. All five of you. If you are willing to work with me, we will prepar
Just one of those days, one like many other days before. Being a child of Summer and Damian, who are leading not just a pack but an alliance on top of raising three young wolves, is depressing. Okay depressing is a pretty big word to use but trying to fill the imprints they have left for us, seems like a mountain to climb. Everyone knows that we are different, that we have these, let us call them abilities. My Brother, Zain, and I have grown remarkably close. Not only have we got a strong Twin bond, but we are connected through these special abilities too. Together we can see things that have happened, and we can see into the Future too. These abilities give us the chance to change feelings and guide people through hardships, but the Future is forever changing. Every step you take, every decision you make, you change the future, so we had to learn, not to trust it too much and just use it as guidance.“You have done well today, Zara. You can go Home now. Z
Aaron get’s up, then pauses for a moment. “Aren’t you guys supposed to serve food today in the Pack house?” he asks. “Oh, sh!t.” Zain jumps up and grabs my arm to help me up. My arms and legs are heavy, and, in all honesty, I don’t feel like doing anything at all. We were the last ones to move into the Pack house, considering we used to be right in the house next door to it, with our parents it was pretty pointless moving in anyway, but everyone moves in there once they reach a certain age and maturity. Mom was against it, but Dad said it would do us good building friendships – which is yet to happen. Zain hurries ahead and I watch the wind mess around his silver and wild hair like it did with mine earlier. Funny to think we are Twins when really, we are so different. He is very tall and build to perfection. Zain has always loved training and you can tell by his muscles and athletic figure. Often, he takes on extra training hours with our uncle Ches, t
A gush of wind makes me shudder and it reminds me that I must get back to it. Never have I been alone. Always someone by my side, especially my brothers. Love them both to bits but I just couldn’t keep lying to myself and everyone else. As we grew up, my parents have always tried to make us feel normal. We just had the added training about our abilities. We often been told not to use them and not to scare people, how much good and even bad we could start if we were to use them at the wrong time.“Fear of the unknown” was a phrase that was often used. Following the River, it’s perfect to hide any pawprints and even scents. For hours I been running now and slowly I am getting used to being on my own. This is it - I am a free wolf now.By my calculation I will be out of Alliance territory in the next day if I keep to myself and carry on at this pace. Starting to feel the strain on my body as I haven’t slept, and I don’t plan on stopping
It has been hours since I seen or heard anyone. Only because of the light that shines in through the window, I can guess that it’s no longer day. Considering it is Summer, I would think it is around midnight. Wiping my tears away I jump back onto the Metal frame to try for another glimpse of outside. Suddenly I can hear some movement outside and a rattling chime of keys that are coming closer. I quickly jump down and sit myself back in the corner where I was before. The Door is now being unlocked and my three imprisoners are back. The one they call Rowan is at the front with a pair of chains in his hands while the slim tall guy is holding up a light. “Don’t be stupid now, the Alpha wants to see you. He is in a good mood as he just had a bit of fun and some drinks after he had been to a meeting. So, this might go in your favour.” He makes a step towards me in a bid to put on the chains. My wolf wants me to fight but if I now show them how strong I am they might overwh
