Chapter 38

Andrea's POV

I woke up feeling sour and gloomy. The nights was cool but felt hard, yet I couldn’t find it in me to stand up. I crunched as I stood up. My body felt tight and I needed to free up. I could feel Kira was still sleeping. She had been through a lot. She needed it.

A smell from somewhere around slammed my nose. I still had my eyes closed or rather, it was not properly open. I was not fully awake. I wondered where I was or how I got here. I itched my body so bad, I almost injured myself.

“Calm down. Don’t injure yourself” I heard from a man who happened to be my father. His eyes looked straight into me. His smile was a bit scary and his look made me gulp in fear. I didn’t know why I was scared. Maybe it was because of the fact that he definitely had kidnapped me.

Oh, that was why I went unconscious. I thought.

It seems my problems don’t stop. It just keeps getting worse.
