"Lucas please wait…" she cried after him

Turning to Andrea, he spoke with a hint of desperation in his voice. He stood by his car, frustration etched across his face.

"Andrea, please... just leave me alone for a while. I need some time to think,"

But Andrea, undeterred, met his gaze with unwavering determination. She knew that Lucas needed her support now more than ever, even if he couldn't see it at that moment.

"I can't leave you, Lucas," she said firmly, her voice filled with conviction. "I won't abandon you, especially not when you're feeling like this. We're in this together, remember?"

"Fine," he muttered, opening the car door and sliding inside. "But don't say I didn't warn you. It's going to be a bumpy ride."
