Drug dealing?
Why would Adam be involved in drug dealing? All these things just don't add up.
"Adam- "
"Shut the fuck up." He snapped at me, struggling with the officer.
"What's happening?" I asked him but he didn't answer me.
"Don't fucking handle me rough." He was telling the officer. What the fuck was all of this?
"I'll tell you what's happening. Your husband here, Adam Smith, does drugs." One of the officers said, glaring at Adam. "Yesterday he and his gang were almost caught where they wanted to ship tons of cocaine illegally to Japan but they all escaped, except for one...chubby redhead. We caught that one. He's the one that provided information leading to the arrest of all his other gang members." He finished, leaving me staring at Adam with watery eyes.

Oh my goodness, why? How could I have forgot my phone in the taxi? How would I call Daniel to tell him I'm doing good in the hospital now?God, and the stupid phone was switched off. I turned around in the bed, gradually opening my eyes. I felt a headache coming on, but it wasn't something I was going to worry too much about.I took in a deep breath, taking in the infamous smell of the hospital, you know, how hospitals smell. Finding a house wasn't easy. Finding a new apartment to live in without having so many people to pack for you while you are pregnant was hell.
