CHAPTER 39: CHANGING SIDES
Kurt couldn't concentrate on class. Chris didn’t show up on class again and it’s worrying him to death. He already flooded him with messages but Chris didn’t reply to any of his chats. He impatiently tapped his foot as he discreetly checked his phone for any reply. He didn’t know why but he’s getting more and more anxious as time slowly passed by.
“What’s happening to you Chris?” he mumbles. They just talked yesterday, and Chris even said that he’ll explain why he has to go already today.
Kurt is already losing his mind. Something feels off and he just knows it.
He checked his phone again after the teacher turned his head to write something in the board. His eyes widened, Chris finally replied!

He feels like falling, no, he is really falling.Chris extended his hand, trying to grab anything to save himself but all he could grasp is darkness. Two days have passed. Chris is already bothered because he can't contact both his parents. He’s been trying to message them but he got no response after his mother said that they have an emergency meeting so they will come home late. ‘So this is how it feels…’Random thoughts kept lingering on Chris’ mind, as if someone else is controlling it. He sees several memories, some happy, and most are the saddest moments of his life. “Please take your seats.” The man inside said. Chris politely sat, he’s not nervous as he was earlier but he still can’t do eye contact to any of them.
