7: TWISTED FOOT

Ivanna decided to stroll out the mall.

"God, I'm already bored." she murmured.

She went to sit at the cafe thinking what to do next where to go next.

"Wait, What will I go to Ash." she was thinking.

"Okay! I'll go." she said.

She picked up her stuffs and went to catch a cab, Good thing she asked her parents where is Ash's office.

"Thank you! Have a nice day." she said to the driver and even gave him a tip for entertainging her while on the road.

Ivanna stares at the bigs company in front of her.

"Wow." she said.

Ivanna went ahead, she greeted the guard. They didn't know she was Ash's fiancee. All of the staffs were staring at her, she went to the front desk to ask where is his office.

"Excuse me, where is Mr. Villareal's office?" she asked.

The woman, whos the clerk was just staring at her.

"Hey." she repeated.

"I'm sorry but do you have an appointment?" the woman asked.

The tone of her voice was like pushing her away to go away.

"Nope, but he does know me." she said smiling.

The woman just sighed and told her his unit and unit floor.

"Dang that woman, does they even know me here?" she murmured.

While waiting for the elevator to come down, she keeps on murmuring. The staffs were thinking she's crazy.

"Ugh, his office is too high." she murmured.

She went inside the elevator, she has many companions inside. Some were neutrally staffs and others maybe are just guests. She headed to the office the woman told her, she saw an old woman (not that old) sitted outside the main door.

"Hi." Ivanna smiled.

"Hello, How may I help you?" the old woman.

Ivanna sighed and thanked God that the old woman is nicer than the front desk clerk at the lobby.

"Hi, I'm here to see Ash." she said.

The old woman was shocked.

"You are?" she asked.

"Hmm, Can you just tell him that Ivanna is here." she said.

The old woman went inside his to tell him, Ash was very surprised.

"Okay, let her come in." he said.

The old woman left.

"What is she doing in here?" he murmured.

Ivanna was sitting while waiting for the old woman, she went out smiling and told her to go in.

"Thank you!" Ivanna said.

Ivanna was stunned to see what's inside his office, he has a large shelves of books, definitely many kinds of books. Ash was aware that she's in and he's waiting for her to greet her but merely she was just staring his office.

"E ehem." he clears his throat.

Ivanna went back to her phase and saw him.

"Sorry." she said.

"What are you doing here?" he asked.

"Nothing, my parents just told me that I can go and visit you here." she said smiling so wide.

Ash just groaned and sighed.

"So, what do you plan to do here in my office?" he asked her.

Ivanna doesn't know what to say, she just smiled at him and he was shocked that she sitted in front of him.

"What are you doing?" he freaked out.

"I'm going to help you." she said.

Ivanna started to mess the papers.

"Hey!" he said, she was startled.

"Here's the thing, why don't you just sit there and read some books? Please don't disturb me here." he said pointing his shelves.

Ivanna thought he was kidding but he was that serious.

"Okay." she just said.

Ivanna went near the books to check some for her to read, she can't reach the book she wanted to read. Ash wasn't staring at her, Ivanna slowly climb at the book shelves. Ash saw her with his peripheral view.

"hey, what are you doing!" he said.

Ash quickly stood up to help her but it was too late, Ivanna slipped and fall down. Good for her, it's not that high. Ash helps her up.

"Are you okay?" he asked.

Ivanna's face was telling him she was okay but her right foot hurts, maybe it was twisted. He was helping her to stand up but Ivanna was aching in pain.

"Shit!" Ash cursed.

Ivanna was scared, it was the first time she saw him very concern and scared. Ash holds her up and let her sit. Ivanna was staring at his face, his face was near to hers.

"Are you crazy? You just hurt yourself." he said.

Ivanna can see that he was very worried about her.

"I'm sorry." she said.

Ash took off her heels, he was massaging her right foot.

"Ouch, don't do that please." she said closing her eyes.

"You might twisted your foot, wait here for me. I'll just get some ice." he said.

Ivanna could see that he was freaked out, and it was her fault. Ash told his secretary to grab some ice to the pantry. Ash went back inside.

"Let's wait for the ice." he said.

Ivanna was smiling while staring at him massaging her foot.

"What are you smiling? Can't you see, you just hurt yourself." he said.

"Well, you told me to read." she said.

Ash just glared at her, the secretary went inside to give them the ice.

"What happened?" she asked.

"Well, she just twisted her right foot." Ash said.

"Oh dear, you should quickly put some ice on it. See, it was already turning violet." the old woman also freaked out.

"It's okay, it's not that worst." she said smiling.

Ash hated her for smiling while she was just being hurt. He was saying that she doesn't know how to take care of herself.

"I'm fine, you can go back to your work." she said to him.

Ash doesn't want to but he needs to finished them out.

"Okay, just sit here and never do some thing that might hurt yourself again." he demanded.

"Yes boss!" Ivanna said acting, saluting to him.

Ash wanted to smile, but he was just silent.
