After finishing our meal, Ate Aika ordered a ladies' drink for herself. She was the only one who ordered drinks for us, even though she tried to convince Josh to join her in drinking.

"I can't drink, Patty. I still have to drive," Josh responded to Ate Aika.

"We won't get drunk. Just a little," Ate Aika insisted.

"Even so, Patty. Besides, I'll be driving Yannie home," Josh said, which made my heart skip a beat.

"Fine then. Go ahead," Ate Aika finally gave in and took a sip of her drink.

"Why did you suddenly decide to drink now? It's embarrassing for Yannie," Josh reprimanded Ate Aika.

"It's okay. I'm fine with it," I quickly said.

"Did you hear that? Yannie's okay with it," Ate Aika teased Josh and stuck her tongue out.

Josh just sighed and then turned his gaze towards me. "You okay?"

"Huh? Um... y-yes, I'm fine," I replied.

Josh moved a bit closer to me and whispered, "Are you getting bored here? We can leave Patty here and let her drink alone.
