CHAPTER 36

I walked to the dungeon stairs and Asher followed but he stayed at the bottom of the stairs while I walked further into the dungeon. I passed Malia in her cell, another man in the cell beside her, another man beside him and then Carter was at the back.

" They all belong to you?" I asked.

" Yeah." Carter says.

" I need to talk to your people before we decide to do anything. Where are they?" I asked.

" I'll take you there." He says.

" Do they know about me? And how we're related with the same goal?" I asked.

" Yeah." He says.

" Then I'll be fine going on my own. That's the way it has to be. Otherwise Asher won't let me go and you will all rot in these cell's. He'll never let you out." I admit to him.

" Where is he? I can smell him." Carter says.

" He's waiting by the stairs. Did you really think he was going to leave me alone with you after what you pulled today?" I asked.

" I guess not. Alright, their just outside your territory. A valley called 'River Run'." He says
