IVY POV Arriving back on our territory I felt a huge weight being lifted off of my shoulders. I was finally home and it felt like I had been gone for so much longer than just two weeks. But I was finally home. And I looked at him and a claw mark that was slowly healing down the side of his face and neck. So I placed my hand over it and I closed my eyes and I concentrated on what I was doing. I heard gasps as a bright light came from my hand and I ran it along the wound and it disappeared straight away. " Oh my god." Spencer says shocked. When I woke up the following morning I looked at the clock and realized it was 9am. I never expected to sleep in that late. I guess I was more exhausted than I thought. Asher was still lying next to me and I rolled over and he was awake just watching me sleep. " You know. That could be considered creepy." I joked. " I know. But you look so peaceful." He says. And he let out the breath that he was holding and he slipped the ring on my finger and he pulled me up from the chair and kissed me. He twirled me around while kissing me and my feet were off the ground. I could feel his relief and happiness through the bond and I knew that he could tell that I was feeling the exact same way. IVY POV ONE YEAR LATER Well, surprisingly I have settled into my role as Luna pretty well now. I didn't think I could ever really accept this position but here I was. I was doing it. All of our little villages had been completed and a lot of people had jobs off of the territory but that was fine. That was always allowed because there weren't enough jobs in our pack to accomodate everyone. And everyone seemed really happy. Freya was doing great in school and she was even seeing a boy from her grade that we liked really much. He was a good kid and didn't get into trouble. It was funny seeing Asher with her though. Asher had definitely taken on the father figure in her life and he gave that poor boy the grilling of a lifetime when he came to the house for the first time. I felt so sorry for him. I eventually had to stop it and let the boy know that the Alpha of his pack was just kidding. I didn't want Asher to scare him off. Freya looked happy with him and that's the way I wanted it

I was getting really paranoid after that conversation with Asher. I didn't know what to do. And I was a little afraid to go anywhere alone. So he made sure that someone had eyes on me at all times. And he obviously chose people that he trusted without a question of doubt. But he didn't make it obvious. He made sure that they had eyes on me but they were actually escorting me anywhere. They were following me from a distance so that it wasn't so obvious. I had to continue my Luna duties and I had a meeting with a group of ladies to hear what issues that they had around the pack which took us almost an entire state. Some of them travelled hours to be here so we had food and drinks set up in the conference room and we all sat around the table talking about all the issues that they had in their little communities. The next morning after we got up and dressed we headed downstairs to the dining room and Freya was just leaving for school and Spencer and Cole were nowhere to be seen either.
