CHAPTER 50

I was getting really paranoid after that conversation with Asher. I didn't know what to do. And I was a little afraid to go anywhere alone. So he made sure that someone had eyes on me at all times. And he obviously chose people that he trusted without a question of doubt. But he didn't make it obvious. He made sure that they had eyes on me but they were actually escorting me anywhere. They were following me from a distance so that it wasn't so obvious.

I had to continue my Luna duties and I had a meeting with a group of ladies to hear what issues that they had around the pack which took us almost an entire state. Some of them travelled hours to be here so we had food and drinks set up in the conference room and we all sat around the table talking about all the issues that they had in their little communities. They all told me of things that were happening and I was writing everything down that I thought needed attention, especially around security.

Now more than ever, I was worrie
