CH. 8 DISASTERS

Alpha George’s POV

I watched him from behind the one-way mirror. He was the bomber who had destroyed one of my factories, killing dozens of innocent people. He was tied to a chair, covered in blood and bruises. He looked scared, but not scared enough.

I entered the room, wearing a bloody apron and holding a dagger. My beta, Jack, followed me, ready to assist. The bomber’s eyes widened when he saw me. He knew who I was. He knew what I was capable of.

I walked up to him and stared into his eyes. “Who sent you to bomb my factory?” I asked in a cold and calm voice. “Do you know how many people died because of you? How many families are crying for justice?”

He spat on the floor. He was a skinny man with a scruffy beard and a bandana around his head. He had cuts all over his arm, and his fingers were bleeding. He looked defiant, even though he was helpless.

“I can’t tell you," he said. “Just kill me and get it over with.”

I shook my head in disbelief. “You don’t get to die that easily
