Olga I watched as Keith dragged her with chains out of the council room. My blood burned with anger and my heart wrenched painfully. All eyes were on me as I stood in the council room watching my husband drag a woman outside that I knew he still loved. The humiliation! I wanted to claw at her, gouge her eyes out until she could not see anymore. I should have known from that night at the cottage. I should have known that he was hiding her. Keith The seat I had prepared for her was empty. She was not present at breakfast, as I had asked, and that angered me. Maisie“Mommy?” I looked at my son's pale face after Keith had left us. Lance looked like the life force was about to be drained from his life. I pitied my son greatly. It also baffled me that father and son could not recognise each other even though they looked so alike. She was tall and thin, so thin that I thought she would break if she tried to walk, but she had surprising grace as she made her way towards Keith. As she drew closer, I noted that she was stunning. Maisie Thanks to Cassian, Lance’s health improved. But I knew that two small bottles would not be enough to nurse him completely to health. I would need more, and unfortunately, there was no way to get that here. It was already the early hours of the morning, and now that I was back here, I was reminded of the pack house's routine.
