Chapter 15

Hera's p.o.v

  I ran in the forest none stop for hours with a loud beating heart and laboured breath.

  I couldn't see any river or shore, and what was worse was the fact that I felt like I was running in circles.

  

  I took stops on the way to catch a few breaks and after some minutes I went on running again. The sun was setting and the surrounding was beginning to get dark. 

  

  I was very scared of what might happen to me if the night was to fall. The beast would definitely come looking for me and it would easily track me down because it seemed to know this whole environment very well. 

  I stopped in my tracks and groaned in pain. My feet were badly bruised and covered in dirt. I was still hungry and very thirsty, all because of that animal that had chained me up.
