CHAPTER 10

Kiera's Point of View

"You are late." My brother Kevin greeted me when I opened the door.

"Yeah, Today is exhausting." I said before I sat down on the sofa.

"Where is Auntie? Did she drop you off? I didn't hear her car ." He asked.

"No, but someone dropped me off."

Literal someone, because that Hendrix carried me again and he just put me down near our gate then just vanished like a wind.

Now I remember Lucas. He is fast too and he is almost identical to Lucas. Wait don't tell me Lucas is like him too? That would be sick.

"Is Auntie not home yet? " I added.

"Yeah, she did not come home yet it's already passed 9 pm now," He said while looking at the wall clock.

"Maybe she's out on a date? Haha," Kevin added while laughing.

This brother of mine is really mischievous.

" Maybe she is still in school and has late-night classes I guess," I replied.

"Oh, that's possible. Anyway, How is your day and your head? Is everything okay?" He asked.
