Grayham’s POV

“Are you guys ready?” Glinda’s voice came from the living room.

“Almost,” I said and quickly stuffed my folded shirt into the bag.

Miles had finished packing and his bag was hung around his left shoulder. “I’ll see you outside,” he said and stepped out of the room.

I nodded and quickly reached for my towel. We had so much time to pack, yet, I wasn’t done. You can’t blame me. I wasn’t used to this. Normally, the domestic servants help me pack for my trips.

After placing the towel inside the bag, I picked up the bag and was about to head out when I saw Glinda by the door.

“Are you okay?” She walked into the room.

I hung my bag. “Yeah. I just finished. Sorry I’m late,” I breathed a sigh.

She folded her arms across her chest. “Well, for a moment, I thought you had changed your mind about leaving,”

I laughed.

“Maybe you want to settle here in Trent town and help me run my business?”

I hummed. “Doesn’t sound like a bad idea since I was the one who ended up in a hustler’s body.
