Her dark blue eyes widened. Guess I almost predicted her expression. Obviously nobody will think that the president of the most prestigious company in the world was a soldier before.

Only if that day didn’t have occurred, I still would have lived my dream job, but most people think the opposite of this, they choose to live comfortably and wealthy like a billionaire than risking your life as a soldier for the country. I guess daisy will think the same.

“yes its true. Most people dont know about this,” I replied with a sign.

“Wow, why did you leave that job, then?” she said with disappointment.

“what do you mean why you left? Ain’t you relieved that I left the job?” I said, with confusion. Every time I told somebody about this, they all were relieved that I left that job. I thought that Daisy would react the same way.
