Daisy hesitated, feeling a mix of confusion and discomfort. The dimly lit room cast flickering shadows on the lavish furniture. The distant sound of traffic drifted through the open window, mingling with the scent of freshly cut grass.

As Noah’s hand pressed against her cheek, Daisy's heart pounded, her mind racing with conflicting thoughts.

“Stopp.. stop Noah you can’t do this.. Noah my husband’s on his way, you don’t know what he’ll do to you and me if he sees this”

Daisy spoke with a pleading voice.

“Why ... You loved me right Daisy?? Babe, it's me, your boyfriend... We’ve done it thousands of times, so why are you being fussy about it now,” Noah said while grabbing her cheeks and leaning in to kiss Daisy.

The door opened, revealing a tall man.

“What the hell are you doing in my house!” Dylan shouted while grabbing Noah’s collar.

He didn’t even give Noah a second to explain and started punching him.

“how dare you touch my wife” Dylan shouted as he kicked Noah on stomach

“Dylan! Stop! You’ll kill him,” Daisy pleaded while holding Dylan’s arm.

He brushed off his hand and said, “Don’t you dare to touch me with those dirty hands Daisy. You disgust me so much. Do I even deserve this all?” He said to Daisy with a disappointed expression.

“Dylan please.... leave him,” Daisy said while sobbing.

Dylan left Noah and grabbed Daisy’s throat and pinned her to the wall. When Daisy looked at Dylan, she was stunned, because this wasn’t the Dylan she always knew.

Anger filled his eyes, turning them a fiery shade of red, he tightened his grip around Daisy's neck with each second passing by.

“You are so shameless I can’t even believe that I’ve loved you,” Dylan said with a hint of sadness in his voice.

“Dylan it’s not what you think, please spare me, I can’t breathe,” Daisy said with a half faint voice.

Seeing Daisy's pale face, Dylan snapped back to reality. In a fit of anger, he hurled Daisy at the coffee table; the crash echoing in the room, before swiftly escaping to his room and securing it by locking the door.

After 4 hours, Dylan opened his door. He was a little tipsy and saw a small, fragile figure sleeping at the end of the couch. He went and kneeled down in front of her.

Daisy’s side of the forehead was bleeding.. A pang of pain came to Dylan’s heart as he saw the bleeding. He immediately went to his room and brought the first aid kit.

With trembling hands, Dylan started treating her wound. Because of the pain, Daisy woke up and saw Dylan treating her wound.

“Dylan, are you alright now” Daisy spoke in a sleepy voice

“don’t move, let me do the first aid.” Dylan said in a bitter voice.

Daisy didn’t speak further and started watching Dylan intensely as he was bandaging her wound.

Sensing Daisy’s stares, Dylan looked up and started stroking her hair gently.

He planted a gentle kiss on Daisy's forehead, his lips lingering for a moment before he started showering her face with kisses, each one carrying the weight of an apology.

Relief washed over Daisy as she saw the look of understanding on Dylan's face, knowing that he finally realized she was mistaken.

With her delicate hand, she caressed Dylan's face and pressed her lips against his, her fingers gently running through his hair.

After a brief moment, Dylan began kissing her in return, his initial gentle kisses quickly escalating to passionate ones. With a sense of urgency, Dylan pressed himself against Daisy, deepening their kisses with each passing moment.

After a long make-out session, Daisy rested her face on Dylan’s chest and listened to his fast heart beat.

While stroking Daisy’s hair, Dylan spoke in a whispered tone, “Daisy, my love”

“Yes Dylan,” Daisy spoke almost as whisper as she was out of breath because of their past kiss.

“Look at me” as Dylan instructed with a commanding voice, Daisy followed as he told.

“So you really love him, right?” Dylan asked.

“Love who?” Daisy spoke in confusion.

“Noah” Dylan’s voice darkened as the name of his wife’s boyfriend came to his mouth.

Daisy was about to say something but Dylan intruded on her while hovering over Daisy and gently stroking his hair.

“shh, don't say anything, either you’ll lie or you'll tell the truth and both these I can’t handle. So he’s your happiness, right love?” Dylan spoke with a hint of tears in his eyes.

“No Dylan.. it’s really not like that ... Trust me..You’ve misunderstood,” Daisy said while sobbing.

Seeing Dylan with tears for the first time in her life, her heart broke like a fragile glass.

“Shhh, you don’t have to pretend anymore, my love. He’s all yours. If that’s what makes you happy, then you can have him. There is nothing holding you back now; go ahead.” Dylan’s voice trembled, almost on the verge of breaking.

Daisy's tears started streaming down from her cheeks.

“Your happiness means everything to me, so I’ll do whatever it takes to see a glimpse of happiness on your face, even if it means sacrificing my love. Anyway, my love for you was always unrequited” Dylan added while wiping Daisy's tears.

As Daisy listened, her whole world shattered into a million pieces. Trembling, she reached out and tightly embraced Dylan, her voice barely a whisper “nooo.. no Dylan Don’t say this, don’t leave me, i.. i..”

Dylan didn’t give her a second to explain. He freed himself from Daisy’s grip and went to his room. After an hour he came back with a suitcase.

He rushed to the entrance and said, “you’ll get the divorce paper tomorrow morning, and don’t worry, you’ll never see me again. Goodbye, my love”

Daisy went running to him, but it was too late. He was already in his car. Dylan started his car and drove in, flipped towards the entrance gate of his mansion. Daisy tried to follow him, but her tiny legs couldn’t match the speed of his car.

She stumbled on the floor as she hit a rock while running. She screamed in pain and shouted, “Dylan!”

DYLAN'S POV I gazed at Daisy, stunned by what I had just heard. The words lingered in the air, a mix of confusion and curiosity filling my mind. As I tried to comprehend the meaning behind “it’s her first time,” the memory of Julian’s words echoed in my thoughts, vivid and clear. FLASHBACK “i just dropped those love birds on their honeymoon, sweet, ha maybe they might become the next couple to get married after us.” julian looked at me and smiled. From the moment met Julian, She hasn’t stopped chattering about Daisy and her seemingly perfect new boyfriend. Her voice, full of excitement, filled the air, as she described his every detail. Indeed, Daisy is undeniably beautiful, just as she had claimed, but I can’t help but feel that Noah isn’t the right match for her. That guy, with his youthful appearance, looks like a mere child. Yet, who am I to pass judgment? “Perhaps you shouldn’t be overly eager about them sleeping together before marriage,” I said, my expression rema

  • TIED BY DESTINY   CHAPTER 26: I LOVE YOU DYLAN

“DYLAN, PLEASE STOP, DON’T MAKE ME HATE YOU!!” I screamed at the top of my lungs, the sound echoing through the room. The energy surged through my body, desperation fueling my voice. In that moment, Dylan froze in mid-air, his hands slowly releasing their grip on mine. It was as if he was slowly regaining his senses. As he took each step back, his eyes were bloodshot, his face hardened and emotionless. Despite being five feet away, his cold aura still enveloped me, sending shivers down my spine. His anger was palpable, and I braced myself for another possible attack. But to my surprise, he walked over and sat down on the coffee table, his head buried in his palms. I couldn’t see his face, as he covered it with his hands, but his frustration was evident as he muttered, “What the hell am I doing?” “Daisy, am I really that terrible? Can’t you just love me instead of him? God, what am I even doing, forcing someone who doesn’t even want me,” he said, his hands trembling as he slo

“Oh my God, Daisy, it’s you,” he exclaimed, his voice trembling. " you look great..wow" he said, the sound of his stammering filled the air as he struggled to find his words. The sight of him standing before me brought a mix of emotions. Tears welled up in my eyes as I managed to smile, the joy of seeing him mingling with a bittersweet nostalgia. “You too, Noah,” I replied, my voice heavy with emotion. The room seemed to fill with the scent of memories as I thought back to a time when I was free, when I could be myself without any constraints. I was Daisy White, untethered, but now I was bound in the cage of Dylan, someone else’s wife. Despite my love for Dylan, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of loss, of losing myself in the process of loving him. But I knew, as his wife, I had to continue on. “How are you?” I managed to ask, my voice quivering. I felt a heavy weight on my chest, as if I could break down and cry at any moment. Guilt washed over me, even though Noah was the on

As we arrived at the luscious venue, it became clear that it was held in the most prestigious and wealthiest hotel in the country. Stepping into the venue, my breath caught in my throat as I took in the stunning sight of the space adorned with an abundance of vibrant flowers. The soft glow of the carefully placed lighting added an ethereal touch to the atmosphere. There was a separate section dedicated to food and wine, tantalizing aromas wafting through the air. Every person in attendance seemed to have stepped straight out of the front page of Forbes magazine or P*******t, exuding elegance and wealth. I couldn’t help but feel out of place amidst this glamorous crowd. However, as Dylan began to walk, every eye in the room fixated on him as if he were the main character in this grand setting. Surprisingly, none of this seemed to faze him; he moved with an air of indifference, unaffected by the extravagant surroundings. “Mr Aster, what a pleasant surprise .. I didn’t know you woul

  • TIED BY DESTINY   CHAPTER 23: DYLAN IS TAKING ME OUT!

I almost lost count of how many times Dylan had brought a stranger girl home. It had become a habit, a painful one, to witness Dylan sleeping with other women. But now, there were no more tears left to cry. As I woke up, the gentle morning light filled the room, casting a warm glow. The soft sound of birds chirping outside welcomed the new day. I knew it was Sunday, which meant Dylan would be home all day, subjecting me to both torture and serenity. Rising from the bed, I made my way to the shower, the warm water cascading over my skin, easing away the remnants of sleep. After drying off, I dressed in a simple grey shorts and tank top, ready to face the day. As I entered the kitchen, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee enveloped the room. Exactly at 8 o’clock, Dylan emerged from his bedroom wearing a bathrobe and took a seat at the dining table. His voice carried a hint of irritation as he spoke. “Do I have to remind you every time to serve? Can’t you just keep it on the table,

  • TIED BY DESTINY   CHAPTER 22: DAISY SMITH, WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO ME?

DYLAN'S POV Damn it, didn’t she claim to be a nutritionist? How the hell did she end up in a state of malnourishment? It’s infuriating how she can switch between innocence and pity. Just like now, she’s gazing out the window with wide, doughy eyes and a slightly tilted smile on her face. The sight of her smiling for the first time in ages almost makes me forget how cruel and wicked this woman truly is. “How on earth did you end up in malnourishment, Daisy? Aren’t you a nutritionist?! Didn’t they teach you how to take care of yourself, along with your patients? Don’t you even eat the damn food you prepare for me every day?” I couldn’t help but blurt out in frustration. The words escaped my lips, hanging in the air with a mix of anger and concern. Daisy’s expression remained unchanged, her face devoid of any emotion as she replied, “You know, you’re not here every day... and when you do come, you’re always busy with, well, you know...” The silence between us was heavy, filled wi
