CHAPTER TWENTY SEVEN

ADRIANNA POV

A tear rolled down my cheek and I hastily wiped it away, a painful sob escaped my lips. Crying wouldn't solve anything Adrianna said. It was better to leave before Hunter found me here vulnerable and emotional. I am sure he must have found out by now.

I closed the door softly and the maids hugged me.

"Madam we are going to miss you..." Trina sobs softly and I wrap my arms around her.

"Please don't make this hard. I really have to go before he comes looking for me."

She nods and am grateful that she finally understands my situation.

We said our final goodbyes and waved me goodbye. The guards escorted me outside the mansion and I got into the taxi and it drove away.

I stared back at the house and wished things would be different and it wouldn't have come to this. I'd take all the memories we've created together all the good and bad ones too.
