FORTY MINUTES EARLIER

I rushed out of Hunter's office and I locked myself in the bathroom. My heart was wildly thumping in my chest.

I stared at my pale reflection in the mirror tracing my fingertips over my swollen pink lips.

Oh my gosh this can't be happening. I want to say that this isn't real, but I can't deny the fluttering feeling I felt in my tummy.

I just kissed my boss Sébastien Hunter and I let my feelings for him get the better of me. This was a huge mistake, but yet it felt so right.

I could still feel his lips on mine, they were firm and demanding just like him.

And I've never been kissed with so much passion and pure desire and I only thought those things existed in romantic movies.

We kissed oh my goodness we kissed how will I sleep tonight? Because this moment will always haunt me.

Now everything has changed between us and I don't even know what to call our new dynamic. How will we ever face each other when we are back home alone, just the two of us?
