Aria POV

By the time morning came, I was told by one of the soldiers that Killian was hosting a meeting. I was dressed in my royal robe as I walked towards the chamber.

My mind was still foggy from the event that has happened last night. I would have chosen to ignore whatever mind game that Killian was playing because in the end, he is never going to be my equal.

Killian arrived at the chambers moment after I had settled down.

“Thank you for honoring my invite this very morning. Today was supposed to be the start of a very important contest, but we have had a few hitches which is why the contest is postponed till three days time”

“More time delay for your rigging huh?” We all turned to Alpha Gideon who had spoken.

“Alpha Gideon, the fact that this contest was pulled together to promote peace across all the packs should be the clue that your empty brains need to understand that I am always going to respect everyone” Killian snapped back.
