Chapter 12

Asia nodded and dropped her head not daring to make eye contact with him. Chris sat beside her and hugged her, "it's enough now, I'm fine and you don't have to feel guilty about this". At this moment, the bedroom door was pushed open and a worried fortune rushed in but when she saw this scene, she paused and smiled apologetically then turned and closed the door again. Fortune went and sat beside Zack who was playing games with his mobile phone "hey please tell me what's happening, before we left, Asia was so angry and didn't want that guy close to her but now, she's snuggled up in his arms and seems happy, what's going on?". Zack looked at the beauty in front of him and smiled, he explained everything to her attentively making sure she understood. Fortune was shocked upon hearing her friends love story. "fortune,do you have a boyfriend?" Zack suddenly asked. fortune thought about Brandon and replied"yes, I do have a boyfriend". "hmm  I see, so his a student as well?", fortune looked at the man asking her all these questions and nodded"yes, his a student". "well, I'm only going to warn you to be very watchful of these boys, many students just have girlfriends to satisfy their sexual desires while they are still in school so you have to be careful. of course it's not all of them who are like this but majority of them are womanizer's". Fortune nodded her head and concurred with him, everything he said just now was beyond any reasonable doubt . "Thank you Zack, I will be  more careful in the future".   Zack looked at the girl who was in deep thought and sighed silently, it's sad that he missed out on such a girl, . He liked her the second he saw her it was all his silly cousin's fault, had she told him to come and visit earlier, maybe he would have had a chance, he needed to get back at his cousin, even if he couldn't do anything at this time because of Chris, she still deserved a scolding. "fortune, let me check on my cousin now, I will be back in a few minutes. Zack walked to the room and just pushed the door open without a care and closed it. He looked at the lovie scene in front of him and felt jealous. "hey you silly girl why didn't you tell me that you had such a beautiful friend? you should have asked me to visit earlier, now it's too late for me and it's all your fault". Zack said this in an angry voice. Chris and Asia looked at each other in amazement and laughed. "Hey so you think it's funny, she already has a boyfriend look at me now". "big bro I'm so sorry, actually, I am the one who pushed her into accepting the guy she's dating, you didn't tell me before hand that you were back". Zack's anger became worse upon hearing her words "so it was you who encouraged her in the first place damn it! Zack scolded and turned to leave, Chris I'm only giving you exactly five minutes to come out, if you are not out in five minutes, you will have to look for a cab back home" bang! the door was slammed and Asia couldn't help laugh Abit more. " is Asia fine now?" fortune asked. "hmmm she's fine, fortune give me your number just in case I can't get through to this silly cousin of mine, you two live together so I better have your number as well".            fortune nodded and gave him her number. " I will be leaving now, I will just wait for Chris in the car for now" " oh let me walk you out". Zack nodded and took the lead going out. At a hidden corner,there was a car parked, it was Brandon, earlier today morning as he passed through the apartment, he suddenly saw a car drive in, he was curious and parked at the side just to see who would come out. it was his new girlfriend fortune and a young man he wasn't familiar with. he decided to wait and see what was going on. At this moment Fortune watched Zack get on the car and waved to him. she turned and went back in while Zack sat in the car looking at his time. it was passed six minutes and he started the engine preparing to leave, Chris walked out leisurely and got on the car. "Zack come on, you weren't really going to leave me here were you?". "try me next time and you will be shocked" Zack responded. Brandon sat in his car and watched the scene in front of him. who were these guys and what were they doing here. he sighed and drove away. fortune went to her friends room to give her a scolding. "Asia such a good guy, you decide to misunderstand him and not allow him explain for years, what was wrong with you. " Fortune please don't scold me". "no, I just have to, you were angry at him for no reason at all due to your stubbornness, don't do that again. When you are compassionate about someone, give them a chance to explain cause misunderstandings will arise almost all the time". despite fortune being a year younger than her, Asia listened to her best friends advise and nodded.
