View MoreCallum took his only luggage, a bag, from the cab and turned to face the huge Iron Encrafted Gate that opened to a Palace like Mansion. The high boundary walls screamed their protectiveness. He sighed once more before dragging his feet to the gate. Honestly, he had no other option. No turning back.
The gate opened automatically and his eyes were wide open to see the view in front of him. It was a solid ten minutes drive from the gate to the main entrance. He lost the count for how many times he had sighed already since morning.
"Mr. James”. He was startled when a voice called him from behind. As always he was so busy in his thoughts that he didn’t realise he was still rooted at his place. .
"Ah.. Ah yes, that’s me". He stuttered for a bit. There was a man in a golf cart to take him to the main entrance.
"Hop in Sir. Walking will take forever". The man had cold expressions yet he spoke softly. Callum nodded and stepped on the cart. It was indeed a better option. He had no energy to walk. He was all drained, emotionally and physically. And as always he forgot to have his breakfast, like he had an option to have a breakfast anyway.
The drive ended soon as the man pulled the brakes at the main door.
It was a big Mahogany Door. Delicately designed with the beautiful wood art, though the patterns were beyond Callum’s understanding. There were two door lamps placed at either side of the door, hung up on the wall. Huge vases were placed on the foot with beautiful flowers, he didn't ever see or smell.
The door opened again without him knocking and it creeped Callum. He felt his steps were being monitored.
"Welcome Mr. James, let me take care of the luggage". A middle aged butler came forward to take the luggage.
"Mr. Malcom is not available at the moment. He is in his office, which is located in the other wing of this Mansion. You can meet him in the evening. I believe you would be hungry. Let me show you your room and then you can get fresh. After showering you can come downstairs to the main dining hall. And then you can rest.
I will inform you once Mr. Malcom is home and ready to meet you. You will be briefed about your tasks and duties, but I hope you are well informed that from today onwards, this Mansion is your home. The world outside no more belongs to you". The butler informed him about it all, making him familiar and comfortable with this place before stopping in front of a closed door that opened in a room, bigger than the whole apartment Callum was previously living in.
"You will be staying here. The closets are already arranged with the accessories you may need. You can take a bath now in the ensuite bathroom while breakfast is served". The butler bid his bye and left Callum alone in the room surrounded by countless thoughts.
Nonetheless, he grabbed his bag to get a pair of jeans and shirt and a towel before entering the bathroom. That needed a good ten minutes survey to get used to.
It had a black Marble theme. A big Jacuzzi by the far end window that oversaw the lush green garden below. The shower area was all mirror walled. And the whole roof had a water outlet, meaning the whole cubicle was a showering head. It had a walk-in closet for informal wear. As in PJs. Some sweats. Casual, but still very expensive t- shirts.
Callum picked a bottle that apparently said SHAMPOO and stepped into the cubicle. Though he wanted to just fill the jacuzzi with warm water and sleep in it. But his stomach had other plans when it grumbled loudly.
Callum hurried to take a bath and ran downstairs wearing his non-expensive, in his eyes, clothes. Not that he was feeling below standard. But as compared to everything that was surrounding him, yeah those were.
The huge table was all set. It could easily occupy 20 people. He was confused where to sit when the same butler came out of the kitchen.
"Ohh. You are here. Please have a seat by the right hand of the head seat. This is where Mr. Malcom sits and this right hand chair would be yours, till you are here. You never need to ask or wait for permission. This seat is engraved under your name. Okay". He explained and Callum nodded. Not understanding fully, but getting the point.
He sat comfortably and looked in front of him.
"Why so much food Sir"? He politely asked, looking at the Five star menu in front of him.
"Ohh, call me Mason. And this is because we didn't know what you like. But you can always tell us your preferences. Anything you like, dislike, or have allergies. Anything". Mason was serving him food and Callum nodded.
"Uhm. Just no shrimps please. I can't stand shrimp". He added a bit hesitatingly. Well since he had to live here from now onwards, better to be clear.
"Noted Mr. James". Mason smiled and this time Callum smiled too.
"Thank you Mason, but it's Callum ". He had the first spoon of rice with yellow curry and held himself to moan. It was indeed delicious. He tried a bit of everything not knowing how much he ate. And it was really after so long that he ate so much without any burden of thoughts.
"God. I am so full". He closed his eyes for a moment before adjusting to his full stomach.
Mason smiled but didn't say anything.
"I.. Uh.. I better get some sleep. Will you please wake me up when Mr. Malcom wishes to see me". He said and Mason muttered a soft Yes.
"I hope he can end the silence of this place". Mason talked to himself watching Callum walking upstairs to his room..
***********
Callum belonged to a below average background. His dad, mom had died. And he was all alone in the world. Being an A grade student, he managed to get his bachelor's degree with partial scholarships. He worked in part time jobs to manage the rent of the apartment. But it wasn't enough.
He was fired from his job as waiter in the restaurant as, apparently, the owner was short of wages and she had to cut down the staff. But Callum knew she wanted to fire him because he turned down many offers from the customers to be their escorts. Thus he was jobless without any money to pay the rent for next month.
He had been looking for a job but guess it was his bad luck cycle.
A few days back, while he was coming back to his apartment he saw a pamphlet that stated the Malcolm's need a full time secretary at their Mansion. The only requirement was to leave every job the employee had been working and shift at the Mansion forever, as long as they were required.
The salary was a handsome figure. With many benefits, such as accompanying the Boss to tours, parties. And many more. He tried the number given and he was held for a short phone interview. Hence he was here.
He was laying on the bed, thinking about his boss. What would he look like? Handsome? Hot? Cold? Warm? Jeez. Why was he even thinking about it? He was there to work, not to hook up with his boss. Callum scolded himself before closing his eyes. And soon he was out to the world.
He didn't know how long he slept but he was awake by the soft knocks on the door. Groggily he muttered a COME IN and suddenly realized where he was.
"Good Evening Callum . Had a nice sleep? Well Mr. Malcolm is expecting you at the tea. How about I get your clothes ready while you freshen up". Mason informed walking to the closet and Callum jolted up.
"Owh. Mr. Malcolm is back". He gulped nervously. Mason turned to Callum with a black formal shirt and slacks with matching shoes.
"You don’t need to be nervous. He doesn't bite''. Mason laughed and Callum smiled sheepishly. "Now let's get ready. I will be waiting here". Mason ushered Callum to go to the washroom.
He checked himself in the mirror for one more time before exiting the room, following Mason downstairs to the study as he said.
Mason opened the door to yet another big room. It had book shelves neatly arranged with thousands of copies. A fireplace. Dark colored carpet under the feet. It had sofas, couches. And a working table at the other end. Since Callum loved to read books, this room was so far his favorite. Well between the room given to him and the dining hall.

"Mr. Malcolm, Callum , I mean Mr. James is here.". Mason introduced us and only then did I notice a tall figure standing from a single sofa seat at the other corner of the room. He had his back to us. But I could see he was wearing a black cloak. With black slacks and shining shoes. He waved Mason to leave and the slight movement of his hands made the jewels in his rings glimmer. It's a bit weird though.
I was still standing head hung, waiting for him to speak.
"Welcome Callum. I hope you are comfortable here. But if not let Mason know. He will fix it. I am Stephen Malcolm. From today you are unknown to the world outside. You will be living here. I believe Mason would have told you.
You are a graduate in Accountings. And that’s really helpful for you in this job, because you will be dealing with lots of numbers. You have to accompany me daily from morning till my last appointment. I will make sure it won’t be that tough for you, considering you are a human, but I expect your dedication, diligence and most of all your loyalty. If you have any issues, come directly to me, but i won’t spare for even a single word behind my back.
Your needs will be satisfied here. Physical, emotional. You want anything just name it. You will be given a phone but that would be for me only. I don't want to see you taking any other calls. No girlfriends and boyfriends allowed. Am i clear"? He was talking in his deep husky voice and I felt my heart dipping down at every word he spoke. It was like a magical spell he had on me.
Not getting any response from me he turned and oh ... My... God... He was so fucking sexy. I mean who on earth can be so hot and handsome as he was.
"Callum". He snapped his fingers and just like that the whole trance broke down.
"Ahh.. Yes Mr. Malcom ". I am sure I was red from embarrassment. He raised his eyebrow in amusement.
"It's Stephen. I hope you understand what I told you". He smirked and I gulped. This man is surely a danger to my heart.
"Yes Master Stephen, I understand. I will never let down my duties”. I said with a smile.
"Master Stephen, Huh. I like it. Let's go now. The dinner is served". He patted my shoulder and walked past me to leave for the dining hall.
There was a shiver down in my body. His hand was a bit... Cold? Weird. But I liked it. I like him.

Stephen POV
*********
I may accept the fact that I have a HUMAN at my place who is supposed to stay by my side for practically 24 / 7.
I didn’t like the proposal when Tong suggested that I hire a person to help me out. But I agreed somehow. This place is huge and I am alone. I really need someone to stay with me. But with a human, it’s a risk. I have suppressed my urge for a long time. But I felt my resolve dissolving the moment I saw him in the morning.
Well my office has CCTV cameras.
He is tall. Handsome. Cute yet sexy. Especially his big bamby brown eyes. His flushed cheeks. And oh his cute red ears when he was embarrassed. He is warm. Technically to me any human would be warm, but he has that certain pull. Like when he smiled a bit. I felt the whole room lit. His chocolate brown skin is so tempting like the sun in the winters.
Did I mention his lips? Full. Plump. Wet. As he was nervously licking them. When his lips stretched an ‘O’ in astonishment when I turned to him. He might be 22 or 23 years old. Simple. Innocent. It was so hard for me to resist him. But I have self control. Better than anyone.
"Good evening Mr Malcom ". The butler, Mason, my trustworthy butler bowed, gesturing me to take a seat as the dinner was about to be served. Callum followed the suite. And I smiled knowing that Mason would have informed him about his seat.
We had our dinner in a comfortable silence, occasionally asking about him. I want to know more about him. To my amusement, he doesn't drink. At all. He admitted sheepishly that he is a light drinker. While I was nursing a glass of Red Wine. Rare, expensive. Addictive. Intoxicating.
The clock strikes 10 and I just noticed it's the first time I lost track of time. He is surely a good company.
"Okay Callum . I will meet you here at 8 am sharp. Then we will proceed to our office okay? Not much formality when we are in the Mansion, but you are required to wear a suit in office. It's Black with any combination shirt. And tie. Make sure you wear all accessories that come with every suit. You can find them in the pockets. And one thing. No need to mingle around in the office until I ask. Okay"? I asked in a stern tone.
He was kind of surprised but he didn't question. I like it. I don't like nosy people. Did I say, I am a Dominant.
"I understand Sir". He bowed and I raised a finger, making him surprised again. His eyes wide.
"I am sorry. Did I do anything wrong? He was upset.
"No.Not at all. You can call me Stephen or Steph at home. Okay"? I gently patted his head and ohhh.. He is so cute. He was blushing again.
"O. Okay Steph, Good night then". He bid good night biting his lower lip. And I felt there was something snapped inside me. I want to pinch those lips and bite them hard till he moans my name.
Oh damn. What the hell am I thinking? This man is surely a danger to me.
I shook my head and left for my chamber. To meet him again in the morning.

“Holy shit, Hermes. That feels amazing,” I moan feeling his hands knead deep into the tissue and muscle of my back. I can hear the smile in his voice as he talks to me. “I’ve got magic fingers love. I think all three of you know that by now.” I wiggle my ass against him, giggling. “I know of something else that’s magic.” He gives a low growl. “You keep doing that and we’re going to react how you got pregnant.” I chuckle, but really the massage feels too damn good to stop. I’m a few weeks out from my due date and my back has been killing me. This pregnancy is very different from my first pregnancy with our boys. Yeah, it was hard to carry them towards the end, but other than that I didn’t have any issues. With the girls, it’s been morning sickness, pulled muscles, heartburn, and difficulty sleeping. It has been rough. The doctors say that this normal. Each pregnancy is different. This one just happens to be really
I stalk the small demon through the wasteland that surrounds Tartarus, moving on silent feet as I move towards it. It’s smaller than a human child, but bigger than the rabbit-like creatures that I was eating before. As I’ve gained strength, my appetite has increased. For food. For violence. For sex. To sate my hunger, I’ve been hunting around the cave that we are holed up in. Luckily, we are on the outskirts of a small demon encampment. I’ve been able to find plenty of food. My need for violence has been slaked by hunting my prey. No guns here in the Underworld. I have to beat them to death. Bash their heads into the rocky ground. Literally tear them limb from limb. I usually end up covered in blood and ready for a fuck. Lilith has always been a good lay. Hell, she was the first woman that I’d ever been with, but that doesn’t mean that she wasn’t one of the best. She was wasted on Adam, that stupid, God-whipped little sit of
It’s dark. Cold. Or maybe it’s hot and I’m sweating? I don’t know. I do know that I can’t see, so I must be in a place that’s dark. There’s a presence near me, it feels dark. Like evil dark. Even in the pitch blackness of the room, I can see the shadowed outline of someone hovering around me. The room is pitch black, but even in a dark room there’s ambient light. His shape takes all of that light away. And not just the light. It seems to take away any body heat. Any place that the shape touches me is bone-chillingly cold. The sounds that I hear are insectile. Buzzing and chirping. Weird pops and clicks. But only whenever the shadow is in the room.I try to watch the shadow whenever it gets close. Are there antennas? Wings? Pincers? I can’t tell.Honestly, the shape just looks like a man. Tall. Stooped. Weak. Well, at least he looked that way when I first started seeing him. Now he’s taller. Stronger. And he walks with more confidence. The pops and c
My cell seems to be getting smaller and smaller as each day passes. It fluctuates from extreme cold to extreme heat. Either way, I’m dealing with frostbite or skin melting from the bottom of my feet. There was no where to lie down, no food, nothing to drink. All there was in the cell was pain and the thick coral wall that leads out of the cell. Yeah coral. You would think that I would have been held in by something more technological or magical or something. Not fucking coral. But what I didn’t realize is that coral rock, what the gate to my freedom is made of, no matter how hard it is compared to other things, is extremely hard when all you have are your hands to break it with. My powers don’t work here in Tartarus. Not my magick or my goddess powers. I’m basically weaker than a human because the only thing keeping me alive is the fact that I’m immortal. I have no food or water to rebuild my energy. I can’t sleep to re
