KING ENZO'S POV

"Are you seriously going to do it?" Cara asked me, and I raised my brows at her.

"Do what?" I asked as we sat at the dining table while I ate breakfast.

"I am not a fool, King Enzo. Do you think I don't know that you are thinking about visiting Avyanna?" Cara asked, and I wiped my mouth after finishing up.

"If you think I am going to waste my time on some random werewolf chick, I think you are highly mistaken about me. I have a meeting with the witches today. Don't disturb me if there's nothing important. I have to see how much Magna these witches collected after practicing for so long to see if we can hold the yearly assessment or not," I said, and Cara nodded her head.

"Also, keep a good look at Alcinder. I want to wait for him to tell me the truth, but that doesn't mean I will forgive him if he messes up. If you don't want him to get punished, you better keep him in check," I said, and Cara bowed to me as I stood from my place.
