There weren't many things Asher regretted. But if he had to guess, it would be the past two hours of his life. Maybe he should have been a little more patient. Maybe he should ask more questions before jumping into conclusions?

Massive and grey, the WestCare hospital building looked like a prison as it backlit by the pitchblack, wailing sky.
