Taming the President's Son

Yay! It's my first day in school! Crystal high school has always been my vision school but incapable of attending because of its standard. It's a school for the rich, which a low life like me cannot afford. It was known to be the biggest school in the entirety of California and was owned by Crystal groups. My dream was fulfilled when I was awarded a scholarship to study at Crystal school.

I couldn't believe it! It was like a dream when I received the mail! I screamed, my joy knew no bounds.

Mum rushed in to ask the reason behind the screaming.

"I have been bestowed a scholarship to my dream school" I mumbled as I clasped her

"Crystal high?" She inquired, widening her eyes

"Yes mom" I retorted

"Finally, congratulations darling," she said.

I've been applying for the scholarship for the past three years. At one point, I wanted to give up but decided to try it for the last time before I gave up.

It's my first day at school! I glared through my wristwatch and saw it was some minutes past eight.

Fuck! After waking up so early, I still got late on my first day. I pulled the school map that was initially given to me from my backpack. I needed to locate the administration office. I started walking around in the direction the map indicated.

I wasn't concentrating and mistakenly collided with someone.

"Are you blind?" Heard the voice with whom I clashed. I was shocked and was not expecting that, as a new student.

I raised my head up and in front of me was a demigod. He was alluring. He has black but curly hair and also a pair of gray eyeballs that match well with his stunning skin. I was already drooling over him.

"I'm sorry, I wasn't paying attention!" I apologized and was about to leave when I felt him hauling me back.

"You are sorry? Just like that? How is that gonna sort this out? You stained my shoe, do you even know how much it is worth? I'm sure it can buy your entire generation! Idiot!" He yelled, insulting me, without knowing my identity yet.

What the fuck! All these insults after apologizing? Who the hell does he think he is? how on earth would he insult me family just because of his shoe? it was a mistake for goodness sake!. I even apologized, despite not being used to apologizing! Shit!

"Hey! What did you just say? Did I stain your shoe? So? Don't you dare get on my nerves because you may not like the outcomes! Nincompoop!" I said and proceeded my journey to the administration office.

He was left in awe, I guess he wasn't expecting that! Who does he think he is talking to? No one messes with Kiara Smith!

Fuck! He wanted to ruin my first day in school.

After what seemed like forever, I found the administration office to announce my arrival. After inundating me with questions I responded well. She told me to follow her and I obeyed.

Her office was far from the classrooms, so I had time to admire the school's surroundings. Despite seeing it on television, it wasn't as gleaming as seeing it In reality.

The school was built on multiple hectares of land, indeed, it was the biggest school in California.

We got to the classroom and met a male teacher conversing with the students.

"Excuse me, Mr. Edward, you have a new student" she announced and left the class immediately.

The student started murmuring but I didn't hear their conversation. One thing was obvious, they were not pleased with my arrival.

Anyways, I'm less concerned with that, but if they plan to humiliate me, I won't cease to put them in their places.

"Welcome young lady, kindly introduce yourself to the class," said Mr. Edward

"Hello guys, I'm Kiara Smith. Nice to meet you all and I hope we get along well" I said, not minding their murmurs.

"Welcome Kiara, we are pleased to have you in our midst," Mr.Edward said

"Noooooooooo" most of the students shouted

"Enough!" Mr. Edward banged the table

"Please, try to be nice and class president, show her around the school during break time. Kiara, go and take your seat" he said and pointed to a vacant seat at the edge of the class before he left the class.

I started walking towards my seat, looking at other students. Most were in group and were giggling at me. I felt like an alien who just landed on earth. Their staring made me uncomfortable but I managed to compose myself.

A group of five girls rushed towards me, asking different questions.

"Who are your parents?"

"What do your parents do?"

"You look beautiful, do you have a brother that looks like you?"

"Are you here on scholarship?"

They rushed the questions and I felt I was arrested for murder.

"My dad died a long time ago but I have a mum. My mum owns a chicken stop and yes I have a younger brother that looks like me. Also, I'm here on scholarship" I answered all their questions

"Fuck!" Said by someone.

"I knew it! I told you guys she is on scholarship but you wouldn't believe it!" Another one Said, and they evacuated from my seat in disappointment.

They were expecting someone of high esteem right? Sorry to disappoint you but I'm only from the middle class.

It was already the break period, nearly all the students had gone to the cafeteria for their lunch.

According to the school rule, eating in the study room is highly prohibited. I didn't see the so-called class president show me around the school so I decided to walk around by myself.

Immediately I stepped out, I heard students screaming. Are the screams for me? Obviously no! Then the screaming! Someone stopped in front of me and before I knew it, different cameras were flashing lights across us. Fuck! It was the demigod from the morning.

"Hello new student, I heard your name is Kiara. I'm here to take my revenge for what happened in the morning" he said

"What do you mean by that? What happened in the morning?" I asked, feigned not to recall

"you dare not pretend in front of me" He smirked before pulling me by my neck.

What the fuck! Does he wanna kill me? Why not another place but my neck, shit! I glared at his face and noticed he was enjoying it. I felt used and cheated, and before he could utter a statement, I grabbed his hand and flipped him over, and he landed on his butt. The students were shocked.
