Chapter seven

"Is there something wrong with the food?" Caspian inquired coolly, his gorgeous features sporting an amused grin. His eyes were burning as usual, but this time they were glowing in a forewarning manner. Why was she hesitant when she knew it was only food and that she was supposed to chew it up and swallow it like the other night right in front of him?

"No, no, it's delicious." Mona grumbled and pulled her hair back in an effort to divert her attention from her thoughts and herself.

Considering that he was the one to blame for her current predicament, Mona didn't appreciate the stare in particular. He had her so turned on that she was oblivious to the fact that she was still hungry, if not famished. She wanted him to commit evil acts on her body but was trying to chase that desire away. However, his stare was only making her hotter and drenched.
