The sound of birds chirping awakened Ramona. After getting dressed, she was startled to see a variety of pricey clothing in the closet. It appeared to have been planned especially for her.

She finished getting dressed and then stood in front of the mirror with her hair in a sloppy bun. Smiling and appreciating her reflection, she froze when she saw her eyes sparkle with golden light.

The enchantment Nessa had put on her to keep people from figuring out who she truly was was deteriorating. To cast the magic, she needed a secluded location, but first she had to track down Caspian.
