[Two weeks later…]

"There you go."

A bottle of water appeared before my face as I sat on the ground huffing, my outerwear drenched in sweat.

"Thanks." I barely managed to grumble out a response as I practically snatched the bottle away. Seconds later, I was gulping down its contents. It was much needed. Not only the water, but the air I was forcing into my lungs with every breath. Not only had my ass been thrown to the ground multiple times, my arms were supporting bruises. What was worse was that nobody cared about it all. As it wasn't anything out of ordinary for them. Maybe that was the case seeing how fast the rest of them were healing. One minute there would be blood pouring out of deep gashes, and the very next all remained in their places were pink scars.

But they were forgetting the crucial thing here; I was not one of them… yet. My wolf didn't allow me to heal like theirs helped them. Hell! She wasn't even willing to share her name with me.
