After that incident where Bianca's employer helped her out in the kitchen. She had barely laid eyes on him for more than a second, he left early after sharing breakfast with his kids and returned only when she had fallen asleep.

Bianca had felt like she was the spur cause of his behavior. She had scared him out with her problems!
