I slowly begin to wake up from the first restful sleep I have had in many years, I open up my eyes where I soon discover my head was still placed on Axel’s chest. “Good morning Evermore.” His voice says which did nearly make me jump, I lift my head up to look at his face where he was smiling down at me. “I hope you had a good sleep.” He smiles as I slowly begin to sit up straight doing a morning stretch, those stretches are always the best kind. “Do you recall what you did last night?” He asks which did make me worry slightly, did I do something really embarrassing in my sleep or something?! “You spoke, I was able to hear your voice for the first time.” He smiles which did confuse me before I remember what happened, I did speak last night after my dream about Elliot! “It was incredible, I am so glad you have finally felt comfortable to speak around me, will you be doing it more often?” He asks hope in his eyes as he spoke, I mean the obstacles that kept me from speaking for so long

Axel and I spent most of the day in that room, I assumed it would get boring after the initial hours. But it was actually nice, we spoke for hours about life and what will happen next for us as mates. Axel continues to lead me through the corridors of the palace, many people smiling and bowing towards us as we went. I would have questioned this if my mind wasn’t too preoccupied with another issue, not to trip and fall in these heels! As like I said before, I have never owned or even walked for that matter in heels before. When I was out shopping with Hannah, she picked out the dress that I’m wearing and told me it would look amazing with these heels. Now I never disagreed with her because she was right and I dumbly assumed, I would have time to practice walking in them before pulling them out to wear. When Axel suggested I wear this dress, I couldn’t tell him no! I know what you’re all thinking, why didn’t I just a wear a pair of flats? But these heels really tie the whole outfit together, wearing flats seemed like the wrong choice so I picked the heels and left. I lay awake in bed for an hour, the information I had just learnt from Elliot not allowing me to sleep. How do I approach this with Axel? He must suspect that something happened to his father, he wouldn’t have just fell over and died a mile away from this place. But with the way in which he reacted when I even brought his father into the conversation, tells me he hasn’t quite dealt with the loss of him. Until I know more about the situation and hopefully, find Axel but also Hannah, the answers they have been asking for years, I should keep this to myself. I was soon sitting at the huge table in the library, drowning in all of the many books we had found. I must have read about twenty different books, all of them full with facts of many different mystic tales which most deem myths. But I still hadn’t found any that match what I’m experiencing, there was one kind which had the ability to see into the future but not past, or be able to talk to people who are supposed to be dead!
