Serena’s POV
“Welcome to the family Joshua.” As she walks over and embraces him.
“Just Josh, please. Thank you for welcoming me to your family. She is a tremendous treasure. I hope to be worthy of her. Please allow me to introduce, my Beta Marcus.”
Marcus comes up the steps to greet us. Bowing slightly, “Your majesties, it is an honor to serve you.”
“Thank you, Marcus. This is my commander and chief of the royal guards Mada. I felt it was time she deserved a promotion and semi-retirement.”
“Mate.” Mada says.
Looking up at Mada, Marcus also says “Mate.”
“Well, it seems that you all have been blessed with mates today.” Serena says to us. “Now that the mating ceremony is complete for you Adina and Josh, shall we go have a crowning and mating reception in the dining room?
“Yes, we have.” Josh says to Aunt Serena.
