I wondered who could have barged into my room and touched Alyssa. I could feel her uneasiness from miles away but I'm not willing to come home yet. I had to find out which one of the rouge werewolves did this to her, they dared to touch my mate. Oh, it's hell on them.

I shifted to my werewolf form and got down from the huge rock I had climbed to find a clue of their hideout. I knew of their intentions but I didn't know they had a leader and an organization. I only found out about it today, and whoever it was that came to Alyssa; I had a feeling it was their leader. His aura lingered in my room even after he disappeared and I knew the aura of a leader when I sensed it. That must also be the reason Alyssa didn't realize he was an intruder.

I ran down the slippery hill and dashed into the woods on the track of a scent I had picked. I ran and ran as fast as I could and the scent kept getting stronger and stronger, after a while I slowed down and steadily peaked out from my hiding p
