Her eyes shut as she was trying to comprehend things. Her lonely, lifeless eyes stared at the creature whom she didn't recognize. The burning sensation that was caused by the flame of the torch was blinding and irritating her. Suddenly, her killer instinct kicked in. Just like the other insects and pests whom she had associated with for the last nineteen years of her life, she quickly crawled to the dirty floor and squeaked furiously. She was acting like a rat that ran around and angrily jumped and hissing, trying to protect herself from the sudden intruders, not just herself but also her beloved territory.

“Everyone, back down!” the man in the torch yelled to his fellow warrior who was ready to advance. When some of the warriors saw her, immediately stopped and began fervently thinking, mostly running like cowardly chickens. Running their way out with balls curled up. She then tilted her head upon seeing their reactions. She was afraid, yet she was wondering why this weird creature looked more terrified than her. They look weird in her sight, for the reason that they don't crawl or lick themselves. Even the smell of them is giving her wonders and pure bliss. Thinking that they might be here to play with her, her mood quickly elated. She then started wagging her tail like she had one. Her whole body was shaking together with her so-called fur—the tangled hair and dirt. It is most likely a tangled matter with a disgusting odor. An odor coming from accumulated fecals, dirt, and mud. Her smiling face was even terrifying if shown and uncovered.

“Call Alpha Kaylon. Clearly, I didn't know what to do with this strange creature. It's the weirdest being I've ever seen my whole dämn life.” The man's brows furrowed as he was trying to figure out what he was looking at. He was looking at her full of disgust. Not even trying to hide his bothered churning breathing.

Her bony and ugly appearance was striking hard. Her dirty long curly hair that was covered with hardened mud looked heavier than her body. Even her prominent cheekbone was showing and resembled the face of a bat. Surely, she looks more terrifying than a normal wild animal or beast. An out of this world of physics to be precise. Everything was now visible when she waived her hair.

“Hisss!” She couldn't help but greet him. She extended her little hand, which was protected with heavy, sharp, and slightly curved dirty nails. She was anticipating looking for a nose rub to rub, but she didn't expect her visitor's response. With her crooked discolored nails, she was even determined to be friendly. As possible as she could. As polite as she can be.

“Shït!” The man jumped again, trying to avoid the creature's deadly yet brittle claws. Who would have thought that the huge and brave warrior was afraid to get his skin scratched? He tried to swallow the built-up saliva in his mouth, for if he didn't do it, he would shamelessly puke anytime. They were suffering not just from her looks but also because of her scorching smell. The girl wasn't aware of any of it. All she wanted was to be good and friends with them. Just like the warriors who were wary of her, they weren't aware she was trying to be friendly.

“Shït, bro. This creature looks so much more horrifying than the ugly creatures I fought before! Even more disgustingly smelly than a cat's litter and Samon’s boots!” the other man yelled as he was trying to scare her with the torch. The man aggressively nudged his torch —making its fire look even bigger. A typical way of scaring animals away.

“I wish I could compel that beast right now,” someone says before peeking at her again.

“You aren't a purebred, bro. So, you wish. Only Alpha Kaylon could do that,” said the elegant one while leaning on the old dusty wall. The stairs are a little small for them, which resulted in them squeezing each other like food in a rusty can. Not to mention their bulky bodies squeezing harder.

“I should go out so you can all have a bigger space.” The man moved and was about to turn away.

“Shut up! Keep watching and stop being a coward. Min will be here anytime soon,” said the leader and tapped his man's shoulder.

Bal unintentionally smiled. She was entertained by the way they were acting. She could compare them to her mice friend who always brings her rotten animal flesh so she can feed. They also played around to keep her entertained. She does not have any idea that the people in front of her were terrified as hëll.

Being undeniably extra happy after a long-long time, she took the magot's rotten meat and tried to hand them the portion of her meal. She smiled again, showing off her black and heavy tart teeth. She then tilted her head, flapping her long dried eyelashes which were also covered with matter.

“Oh, God!” exclaimed the others. The warrior’s facial expressions are giving away freely like an open book.

“I can no longer hold it!” The man's face was turning red as his last meal was pouring out of his mouth. He could hardly even speak, trying to catch his breath. He was trying to shoo her away while banging his chest violently. His stinky puked was all over his feet and on the stairs. Making the air around them even worse and contaminates.

“Ah! God! Shït!” All three of them screamed while looking at her with wide eyes open. The warrior who puked earlier couldn't help but throw up again. But this time, nothing came out from his mouth except that he was gagging.

The girl put the rotten meat on the floor just next to them and started to lick the man's puke. Her face lit up and formed a satisfied smile upon tasting the man's puke. With her understanding, she mistook it as a gift. A warm and welcoming gift.

“Oh! God! I can no longer stand it,” said the big man, and quickly rushed outside, leaving the heavy wooden door with a metal frame ajar.

Seeing the bulky warrior running, the two men who remained watchers outside the door started running away fast too.

While their comrade was running away, the two guys who were left underground exchanged glances and began running outside as fast as they could. Like they were being mercilessly chased.

On the other hand, the girl, who was in a curious state, slowly stood up trying to mimic her visitor's act and way of mobilizing themselves earlier. When she realized that she could do it too, she was ecstatic! She walked around and couldn't believe her eyes that she had discovered a new way of moving aside from crawling. She even stomped on the floor and was grateful to them. She wanted to say thank you. So, she sat on the floor and was waiting for them to come back. But to her dismay, she can no longer sense or smell them. Like the floor had swallowed them all.

“Hoooh!” Augmina smiled in satisfaction upon removing her mask. “That felt so cramped and unsanitary at all,” she added while caressing her sword. Her wide smile was showing off her perfect, glimmering white teeth. “Augmina, you seemed better and better,” Kaylon said while looking at his Lady General’s fully loosened hair. Augmina's massive black hair was now dancing with the strong wind, together with its waves coming from a long time and constant braiding. “General, your antler hairpin came off. Here I picked it up for you. The leather strips snapped so I also tied it together,” said the warrior shyly. “Thank you, Taydel. This hairpin has been with me for I can no longer remember when the first time was, I held this. Since I became a warrior?” Augmina chuckled. She started thinking but still couldn't find the answer within her memories. When they were finally done with the volcano visit, the warrior, together with Kaylon, started their journey, going back to the Dominant pack pa

The dripping of water can be heard echoing around the place. The smell of hydrogen sulfide gas escaping from deep in the Earth, and the cave walls' stagnant water pools smell damp and musty was passing through the little man-made hole that filled the dim cave. The light coming from an installed torch was the only light shining inside it. The torch holds a special stone that illuminates when confined. It was specially placed for the safety of the warriors patrolling during the scheduled visit. Because of this artifact, the feeding of the barrier and other activities around and inside the lava tube made it possible and easier. “Alpha Kaylon!” The two warriors greeted in unison upon seeing their Alpha, for they haven't seen him for a very long time. “Owero, Troya, and Taydel,” said Kaylon while tapping the shoulder of his men. Kaylon could see that his men were elated based on their faces. It has been years, yet the faces of his loyal warriors never left his mind—Tydel, who has a huge

“This is the Cub's playing facility, Luna Bal.” They finally stopped at the front gate that was now fully open. Balvina subconsciously got inside and was greeted with a cold stare. She could feel the awkward atmosphere since nobody dared to talk or even greeted her. She was not officially announced as the new Luna of the dominant pack yet, or the queen, so she can understand them since she believed that Kaylon’s people think that Amonette is way better than her. Supposed to be, Kaylon planned a banquet for her today, to officially introduce her to their people. But because of the emergency, Bal has no idea if the banquet will be held. “Good morning, Luna . . .” whispered the little voice that made her heart shrink. With a wide and loving smile, she slowly turned to her side and was delighted to see the innocent face of a hard-working little girl. The child's clothes are soaked with mud, and her hair is messy with dried mud on it. An indication that the little girl was frolicking in

‘Yeah, I know. No need to elaborate. And please. . . help me act accordingly and appropriately.’ Balvina was trying to talk her way out against her silly wolf. ‘Don’t talk to me like you didn't betray me. You didn't even call my name in your blissful climax! Although I am with Stone . . . But still! You shouldn't have neglected me!’ Balvina rolled her eyes, feeling irritated. Her patience is being tested whenever she's talking to Canary. ‘It’s like I could say ‘Canary! I'm going to cum!’ she sarcastically said, which made her wolf look at her with a death glare. “This mind communication is definitely exhausting, Canary,” Balvina whispers while smiling. Bal could see Canary's sarcastic smirk then later turned to shrug. ‘Yeah, you're right. Let's get going. I'm bored to death. Now that stone is away, I'm really bored to death!’ Balvina stared at Canary for quite some time. Her mind wonders about how ridiculous Canary looks right now. “Luna Bal? Are you okay?” Bal could see the se

“Come in, Laleth and Lolitia,” she said and quickly fixed the quilt on her body. Her eyes were on the floor staring at her beautiful nightgown that was mercilessly whacked by Kaylon. She heaves deep sighs feeling disappointed because she was aware that it's not easy to produce even a single clothing — it needs money. And it's not easy to get money. Especially for Kaylon who is an Alpha and needs to support his whole kingdom and people. “Ehhh! We're happy to be here and serve you, Dear Luna.” The sisters lower their heads. But Bal could see that they were uncontrollably giggling inside. As if the two had interesting news before seeking her presence. “Did something good happen to both of you?” she asked, while her brows wiggled. Though Balvina knew what the girls were thinking. “Oh . . . Nothing much, Luna Bal. We're just happy to see you radiating today.” She could clearly see the smile of the two full of malice and excitement. “I know what you two are thinking. And yeah . . . It's

Bal could feel that someone was staring at her. And it was not only physically looking at her, but also, she felt like it was scrutinizing even her soul. That's when she sensed her mate's presence; she instantly felt at ease. Bal slowly opened her eyes and was greeted by Kaylon’s gorgeous pair of eyes. The eyes that are constantly smiling whether with good or silly intentions whenever it stares or looks at her. ‘Would you like to tell me something?’ Her eyes were wide open while looking at Kaylon. She was sure that she heard his voice. But his lips were not even moving nor did open his mouth to speak. Balvina's brows furrowed trying to comprehend things. And then she remembered what happened last night and how she enjoyed herself being blissfully marked. ‘I guessed the story that I read was right. Kaylon and I are linked to each other now. I can no longer hide some things. Bits are emotions and feelings and kind of connected too. Might not be fully but I guess it's quite sensible.’
