"Enforce the shield and activate the barrier around the city. Evacuate everyone who is not on duty and others, take your position." My mother ordered the huntress, which she obligated without a second delay.

"What's a distress signal?" When she left us alone, I heard the little girl ask curiously as I got myself busy with a forced shift caused by Razna. Apparently, she needed some time to think properly without bothering about lending me her figure and strength for the time being. Thus, when my mother bent down to answer the little girl's question, I was already on my two feet, slightly panting and quite disoriented by Razna's little stunt.

"It is a signal, somewhat similar to a mind-link that can be distributed by an alpha. It doesn't require the presence of your wolf to release a distress call. You only need to handle your alpha pheromones right and it will notify whomever nearby. However, it isn't meant to be used on this scale." My mother explained softly.
