Trouble

Nina sat on a stool in front of the mirror. She pushed her hair to one side of her shoulder to expose her neck, so she could see Ezra's mark that was beginning to form. She felt strange that she was now marked. When she was younger, she thought she would be marked by her mate. Then after finding him, and with everything that happened with him, she thought she was never going to be marked again. But here she was, wearing Ezra's mark, and she didn't hate it at all.

She jolted when she felt a soft skin pressed on her neck. Ezra! She didn't notice his presence until she felt his lips on her skin, the exact spot he had marked her. It had become so sensitive, it sent an electrifying feeling down her spine.

"Good morning, baby girl." He kissed his mark again, nibbling on it a little, drawing a satisfied sigh from her.

"Good morning, Alpha." She greeted back, her eyes closed, enjoying the feel of his lips on her skin.
