I couldn't believe Daniel would do that to me. I thought we were friends. We had known each other way back when our fathers were leaders of our respective packs and even went to college together.

He didn't think about our friendship when he did something like this...I guess there is always a first time for everything… but at least it could have been anything, anything else but Aurora.

It was all his fault.

“But you cheated on her,” my wolf reminded me.

“It wasn't enough!” I demanded.

“You rejected her” he went on to remind me.

“I didn't reject her, she made the decision for me” I argued. I tried to convince myself it didn't matter what I did with my mistress, because I knew nothing would come out of it. It wouldn't be as if I liked her or anything… I don't know why I even tried.

But Aurora should have known it wasn't something serious, just an ‘innocent little tumble in bed.’ That all the bitch had ever wanted was sex, so how could she act like it was too serious?

I bought her
