Alpha Daniel’s POV Adela took out candles, herbs, and all the other accoutrements necessary to create a circle, before seating herself on her mat. She lit them with the match in one of her many vials and began chanting, eyes closed and voice calm. Her chant was ancient in origin and spoke about a time when it had been possible to create life. I stood by the side watching as soon she switched and began to chant in an unfamiliar language. A second later I looked up at the moon and stars as they shimmered into existence, like someone had flipped a switch and now there were hundreds of different colored balls, floating around in the night sky. Aurora’s POV The lights were too bright, almost blinding that I had to squint against it. But then again that might also be because my entire world seemed to be a blur. Aurora’s POV Someone cleared their throat behind us and I pulled away to see Luna watching us at the door with an unreadable expression and eyes that held anger, anger that was directed towards me.
