"You don't know what Carlos is going through right now. We don't know how long things have been hard for him since you both got together but it doesn't mean that he can leave without you in this life!" Eleanor told her sister who had trudged into her room to discuss some issue.

"Eleanor, Carlos has been patient with me for the past six years and maybe he is giving up on us because of the pain he feels. I didn't even notice that I was hurting my own husband," Miriam said gloomily.

"It's really like that, couples sometimes don't understand each other but what is important is that you both love each other and you should make sure to show him that, you should show him that you can't do without him in your life," Eleanor told her.

"But he already knows that," Miriam said getting up from the bed before trudging to the window side. She pushed her hair behind before rubbing her arms together as the light from the moon illuminated her face.

"I know that your husband knows but does he feel i
