登入Irene’s POV“How do you feel?” Lucas whispered next to me, his eyes on the bandage wrapped around my arm. I huffed at the sight of it. Karson’s insistence has prompted me to get treated even though I assured him it was a small scratch.
Irene’s POVIn a split second, she kicked my leg causing me to stumble back a bit. But before she could make a run for it, I grabbed her ponytail, throwing her at the wall. As I tried to reach for her again, she grabbed my arm scratching me with her claws. I slapped her hard across the face and she fell against the desk pushing down the badge box. Lexie’s eyes rounded like saucers when it opened and nothing came out of it.
Irene’s POVWhen we arrived at the tent, Karin did a good job of staying put in it. Karson put Carl down quietly and we both tiptoed around the tent where the said spy was. The moment we sighted her, I leaped forward grabbing her by my claws to ensure she didn’t slip away. She screamed in effect, struggling to break free. “Let me go! Let me go!”

As the day turned into night, she had to accept the dreaded truth. He won’t be coming back. Leaving her no other choice but to break the news to the one she had plotted with. Lexie clenched her fist by her side, this is all Irene’s fault. He
Irene’s POVSince we were aware of Lexie’s plan. I thought the best thing to do was not act loudly. We would be quiet and act like she could have her way while we watch out for her plan to play out. Ken and Karson were the ones who initially offered to watch the water source with me after I explained my plans to them. Lucas had gotten a slight fever and needed enough rest.
