Chapter Thirty Nine

I wrapped the towel around my body and exit the bathroom. Mykel was sitting on the bed and when he saw me his eyes darkened. I smiled as I walked up the bed and examined the clothes he picked out for me. Just a pair of shorts and a red shirt.

I dropped the towel absent-mindedly and pulled on the pair of shorts. Mykel's eyes never left my body and I knew he wanted to devour me. But this wasn't the time. We have to go to the dungeon to question Jace and the others. I need to know what they wanted with me and who sent them.
