CHAPTER FOURTEENMy chest hurts so bad and it’s getting harder to breathe with every passing second. My eyes begin to water while I stare at Alpha Hugh but he doesn’t even look a bit remorseful. I turn to look at his subordinates and the only one who looks sorry is Felix while Krystal is giving me an evil smile, just what I expected.“None of them can help you Hera. CHAPTER FIFTEENIt's already dark and I'm in the room that was given to me. I already had my bath and I'm dressed in a simple sleeveless knee-length dress. I went extra by brushing my hair well then I braid the front of my hair from both sides and tie it up at the back of my head.I look in the mirror and there is still a cut on the corner of the lower part of my lips and it's really visible. CHAPTER SEVENTEENHera's POVMy heart is still beating erratically while I eat and it's hard to swallow as Hugh stares at me like there is nothing to concentrate on in the kitchen.The cut on my lip is burning as I eat but I hardly notice it because my hands are still shaky from the unexpected kiss I just had with him.I didn't see it coming. I didn't expect it to happen so fast, but then I could feel the magnetic draw between us and how he kept on staring at me with so much intensity so it was understandable if he couldn't help himself but kiss me. The guards are doing their pushups, some warriors are having duels amongst themselves until they would have the winner while some are busy training in their werewolf form. Felix and Seb are training with each other while I on the other hand, I'm busy using the punching bag, hung in a corner to practice more on strengthening my punches.Then I see Krystal coming and she is fuming.
