We have concluded Ben and Elara's story for now and I will be stepping away from the Unwanted Luna Series for a little while. I have several other projects int he works that I need to focus on and I need time to develop other characters in this world.

Lycans hate werewolves, the animosity goes back to the great war when the Goddess was forced to split the races because the Lycans were too bloodthirsty for the werewolves and would attack without provocation. The Lycans became royalty and werewolves are only slightly better than humans in their eyes.
