'How is Mimi? ' Beta Jayson had passed by my place to pick up Janette. She had been in my house at the request of my mate after the incident.
He had escorted me back to the house before running off again to do some investigations of his own.Janette's presence helped to steer my mind off everything, chiefly the eyes. The image had been pushed forth in my mind without consent, but only the eyes haunted me repeatedly.
