I couldn't help glancing at Kaelric as he took a seat at the kitchen counter. He folded his arms before turning to me and I looked away then cleared my throat.

“I… I don't know if we have everything and just so you know, I don't know how to cook…”

“It doesn't matter. Why don't you prepare something with what is available?” He asked and I pursed my lips.

“I… I don't really know how to cook. I used videos to cook the last one” I told him and he raised an eyebrow before getting up from his seat.

“Are you leaving?” I asked but instead of replying, He walked towards me then pulled out some ingredients from the cabinets.

“What are you doing?” I asked and he paused before turning to me.

“We'll cook together” He stated and I gasped.

“Me and you? Cook together?” I asked and he nodded slowly.

“Why are you so shocked by that?” He asked and I shrugged.

“You usually don't like spending time with me. You do know cooking takes a long time, right?”
