He's back

/-Zeke-/

Dominic, Rhys and I were just about to go check on our new favourite person when someone we least expected showed up.

Azrael.

We stood frozen in disbelief. He looked different from the last time we saw him. His beards were gone and his white hair was braided.

But none of us moved. I couldn't help but wonder if he was still mentally unstable. Of he still thought we did the wrong thing by letting Teddy live.

“I don't even get a hug?” He chuckled nervously, scratching the back of his head. “It's okay, I guess I deserve it anyways.”

“What are you talking about?” Rhys stepped forward, throwing his hands around him. “It's good to have you back, buddy.”

It's funny how Rhys could be the toughest and softest one simultaneously. I could remember when he brutally called Azrael crazy back in that basement.

Dominic stepped up next. “It's good to have you back. We missed you.”

“I miss you guys too. I'm so sorry for what happened. I wasn't thinking straight,” he apologised.

“No shit,

  • The Alphas' Bodyguard Is A Girl   Apology

/-Tediora-/I didn't know what to expect when I got to the phantom dorm until I saw the white haired man that tortured the life out of me and almost killed my wolf.I froze in place, my stomach churning and my wolf snarling inside me. Azrael. The same man who had tortured me, mercilessly, with no regard for my pain, who had pushed me to the edge of death and broken my wolf over and over again. My body still shivered at the memory of those nights, and the scars, both physical and mental, throbbed like fresh wounds. He didn’t seem to notice my hesitation at first. He was laughing at something Rhys said, those two were already teasing each other, but the moment his gaze landed on me, it changed. The light in his eyes flickered, and I caught a trace of… guilt? Maybe regret?I wanted to run. I wanted to scream. I wanted to tear him apart the way he had once tried to tear me. But I couldn’t move. My wolf, trembling and raw from old trauma, demanded confrontation.Azrael stepped closer, caut

  • The Alphas' Bodyguard Is A Girl   Intense Training

Chapter 103A new begining /-Alvin-/Training started almost immediately. We were set to go on a mission too so they wanted everyone to keep fit.I wondered what they were going to do this time but I hoped it didn't involve bloodshed. I was too exhausted for that. The whistle blew and we all got in line for a game. It was part of the training process. The coach blew the whistle again, sharp and loud. “Listen up, everyone! Today, we’re doing a team drill. Work together, move fast, and don’t hold back!”I glanced around at the others. Some were bouncing on their toes, full of energy. I, on the other hand, felt my legs heavy with fatigue. But I forced myself to stand straight. No one wanted a weak link on the team.“Alright, Alvin,” the coach called, pointing at me. “You’re with Team B. Keep your focus, watch your teammates, and communicate. Got it?”“Yes, sir,” I said, trying to sound confident even though my chest felt tight from exhaustion. The game started, and we had to chase sma

  • The Alphas' Bodyguard Is A Girl   Twisted Neck

Chapter 102Twisted neck/-Tediora-/I got up from my seat, stretching my stiff legs. The weather had gone cold recently and I was out of socks. I got up, stretching my legs more when I decided to go to the drinks section. My throat was parched anyway.“Be right back,” I muttered to Basil but he got up too, following me. Basil and I talked about the drinks we would get as we approached the station and when we finally did and got back to our seats, Sammy was just getting up. He brushed past me quickly with his tray.“Where’re you going?” I asked without thinking, but he didn’t answer.“You can sit with us if you want,” I called out to him but he just kept walking.“Just leave him. He's not worth it.” Basil said, and I shrugged, but then I stared at my food and frowned. My food sat exactly as I’d left it. Yet something in my head told me to be cautious.I shook the thought away. He was always a little twitchy. And I was hungry.I sat back down and dug in.---The first few bites were f

  • The Alphas' Bodyguard Is A Girl   Knives

Chapter 101Knives/-Tediora-/The boys were behind me as I stood in front of the gates, taking a deep sigh as I stared.I adjusted the strap of my bag higher on my shoulder. For a moment, I stood still at the gate, just letting it sink in, after everything, after all the secrets, after my close brush with the truth, I was back. I stepped through the gates and immediately, I passed the courtyard and stepped into the halls, and everyone turned to face me, Alvin. I was back under my guise since I couldn't go here without being a male. They whispered around me, probably wondering how I had fared away from the academy, but they didn't dare to approach me with the phantom wolves, lurking behind me like bodyguards, which was hilarious considering I'm supposed to be theirs. The first voice that broke through the buzzing crowd belonged to Basil.“Alvin!”He shoved through a group of gawking classmates and practically tackled me with his bear hug. My ribs protested, but I couldn’t help laugh

  • The Alphas' Bodyguard Is A Girl   Happiness

/-Tediora-/Dominic’s frown lingered, his brows drawn as though even he didn’t quite understand the words leaving his mouth.“It’s only because I like you,” he muttered finally, almost too low for anyone else to hear.My breath hitched. For a second, I thought I had imagined it. Dominic never admitted things outright; he always skirted around his feelings. That was the way he did things. But now? His words… he said them without going around the bush.I felt heat rush to my cheeks, betraying me before I could hide it. “Dominic…” My voice cracked, softer than I meant it to be.“I feel the same,” I admitted quickly, before I lost my courage. “I love you.” I paused, forcing myself to hold his gaze, but then the truth tumbled out, spilling past the barrier of my lips. “I love all three of you.” Zeke’s eyes widened slightly, a flicker of something unreadable crossing his features. Rys didn’t even try to mask his smug little grin, like he’d always known I’d say it one day. And Dominic, quie
